After calling and speaking with the intake paralegal, she felt my case was best to be taken on by Brandon, as he would be the one to take on a medical malpractice case and got me scheduled. My husband and I took time off work for this appointment, and when we got there, Brandon forgot about our appointment? The ladies all seemed very confused that we were there as Brandon wasn’t going to be back for sometime. We met with another paralegal instead and gave her all the details of our case, spent a good hour with her. After Brandon got back he called me and said he doesn’t do medical malpractice cases. Big waste of time, that could have been avoided from the very first phone call, and that lady who scheduled me could have said they don’t do medical malpractice. Giving two stars because he did at least recommend a guy from Twin Falls.
