We are a new company starting up in the golden triangle area. Me and my wife have been married for a year and she is helping me to get my dream going. I graduated from Le Cordon Bleu in Austin in 09 and have worked in the beaumont food scene ever since.
We are a young couple in the Beaumont Texas area. My wife has worked at popular coffee chains for 7 years and I have cooked in fine dining for four. Together we are opening a street food/catering truck with the help of Chef Units from Houston Texas. We are looking to be opened by october of 2013. We want to serve the Beaumont area a new finer food outlet with a personal setting. We will be serving Gulf Coast favorites such as fried shrimp, fried fish, poboys, etouffees, and of course gumbo. We will also be serving things for those that don't care for seafood. Items such as the all American burgers, fried chicken, pulled pork sandwiches, and meat loaf sandwiches. Also we will be serving health conscious vegetarian and vegan options and fresh made juices. We are excited to be serving the public in the future and will frequently have updates to keep you informed.
