Great place for your fur babies. 2 fully gated areas. 1 large enclosure and 1 smaller area enclosed as well. Plenty of parking. They do have a water fountain for them. A few benches inside the enclosed areas.
It was beautiful and clean. All kinds of fun was going on. Someone was fishing and the dog park was lots of fun. Met a sweet black lab in there, that really liked me and my friend. What a great ambassador!!!! Just the kind of furry friend to have. Dog-friendliness: Really enjoyed that part of the park. Furry friendly playground.
Super big park. Areas for small and big dogs. Very muddy after it rains. Dirt/mulch mix at the front and mostly plantain weed in the green area. There are trash cans and water outside the fence. No poop bags. Some bowls you can fill up and a few very well loved toys mostly out hiding in the weeds. Nice people. Varying degrees of attention to their dogs/behavior. Some very attentive and some not same as most dog parks. Busier on weekends and before 9 and after 5. Surrounding park is beautiful for walking also. Overall nice big space for pups to run around!
This is my place of peace. I LOVE THIS PLACE! A little piece of heaven. Thank you!
I wish they would keep up with fence repairs more consistently but other than that, it's the only place my dog feels free in the city. So for that, I am grateful.
I love this park. The large dog park is massive and gives my dog plenty of space to run. The other owns are so friendly, I’ve made lovely acquaintances here. I like that is a safe space for new dog owners who are learning. People are forgiving, but still jump in to correct bad behaviour when necessary. There are of course a few issues: 1. The park gets EXTREMELY muddy during rainy seasons. They put wood chips down, but it needs better maintenance. 2. There is a water fountain that does not work anymore. I wish the park owners would come do some basic maintenance. 3. There are no poop bags, but there are cans. 4. The occasional dog owner will show up that does not make a big enough effort to prevent their dog for potentially harmful behaviour. However, most owners at this park seem to take ownership in the events of dogs who act out.
This place is extremely large. Which is probably the biggest thing it has going for it. In fact, the fact that it's so large makes it part of the problem as well. A lot of the times when your dog goes to the very far end, a lot of people tend to not keep an eye on the dog. The corners of the park has a lot of untouched feces so you have to be careful where you step. But there's always a very large number of tennis balls left over and this is my go-to park. There's a small park for small dogs, but most of the time the small dogs join the large dogs in the big park. The small park is pretty much left as a space for owners with dogs that don't socialize well with other dogs Dog-friendliness: Overall, I would say that the dogs are pretty friendly. I've never had an issue with any of the dogs brought over here. The owner said know that their dogs are unfriendly, keep them away from the large area
Great large spacious fenced in yard! Divided into two, one for the smaller dogs and one for the other. I have a rottie and today was his first day visiting. He enjoyed himself very much with many other larger dogs. Water fountain is outside of the fenced yard and water bowls are available. Trashcan are too to dispose of waste. We will visit again!
It’s cool. I love the seas Aw and other things they can play on, however, there’s no separation for small & big dogs like Curtis dog park.
Beautiful park very serene and quiet, my dog loved the trails and meeting other nice pups.
