My dogs seemed very happy when I picked them up, the prices were very far and reasonable and the staff was very accommodating to my dogs specific needs. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because they did not communicate clearly with me how my dogs were eating and only told me the truth after further questioning. Not a huge deal, my dog does skip meals every once in a while, but when I questioned the staff all they said was that she ate great. It was evident from how much food she had left when I picked them up that she had skipped meals. The staff was dishonest about this until I asked specific questions and explained to them what I noticed.

We have gone here a couple times before and never had an issue with picking up our dogs 20 min past 12. But all of a sudden he tries to charge us $100 for one night for our two dogs. It's supposed to be $20 a night per dog. He brought the price down to $70. He made us pay for daycare? As if that isn't covered in boarding? Never going back there. It looks as if they leave the dogs In kennels the entire time anyway and just let out for bathroom. Not worth the money.

BEWARE!!! I have had issues with this facility more than once. Most recently we dropped off our dog for a few days expecting that she would be taken care of. Upon our arrival to pick her up the clerk whom I specifically told when my pick up time in person during our drop off had our dog soaking wet because he wrote the wrong time down and had no concern that we had to take our 130 pnd soaking wet ST. Bernard home in our back seat. Most notably my dog stared limping as soon as she got home, she had not prior to our arrival. I feel that everyone should use extreme caution when selecting this facility. If they can treat a disabled veteran and his pet in this capacity and with no remorse then I'd hate to see how they interact with the general public.
