Hi there and welcome to Custom Lash. First off thank you so much for your interest in considering our boutique for your Eyelash Extensions. I take great pride and passion in providing a professional, clean and a relaxing environment for the application of this treatment.
The Xteme Lash product is bar none the best on the market in terms of adhesive, (hypoallergenic, fume free and non-toxic to the body) and the Faux Mink eyelash extensions are beautifully tapered and exceptionally soft.
These extensions are applied to ONE of your own natural lash's and we follow a particular system to insure the extensions that are applied are the correct size and thickness for the natural lash. I use a keen eye to make sure each lash is applied correctly so it will not cause any damage to any of your natural lashes.
With that being said you eyelashes are hair that grows and exfoliates just like the hair on your head. Eyelashes have their own exfoliation cycle and typically take 2-4 weeks to grow and shed. You will notice lash's that fall out over time and sometimes you will notice the natural lash attached to the extension. This is all very normal!! Depending how fast your growth cycle is that will determine how quickly you will need to have lash Re-fills done. Usually it's between 2-3 weeks.
As for maintenance you can not use any oil based products around your eye area at all as the oil's will break down the adhesive and cause you to lose the eyelash extensions faster. You will need to stay away from steam and at all costs do not rub your eyes. As the Lash's fall out you will notice the lash line start to become sparse (it won’t look bad it just won't look as full as when you initially got them done) and that is when you can use some mascara to help get you further to your lash Re-fill time. If you wait any longer than four weeks this is considered a new Full Set. I have a ton of great products including a beautiful mascara and primer for 30 dollars each which are water based and will help maintain and keep your extensions for a longer period of time. Depending on the look you are going for you may find you don’t need to wear any mascara at all. Your eyes will look big and full and weather you have makeup on or not they will look fabulous even when you're sleeping :)
Promo from now until November 30th 2015 $95.00 Full Set. Regular $150.00. Lash Re-fills tow weeks $45.00 regular $75.00 and three weeks $55.00 Regular $85.00. Removal of eyelash extensions are a $25.00 fee which can take up to 45 mins to complete.
Your initial Full set will take up to 2.5 to 3 hrs and this will include a full consultation to customize your perfect look. Please arrive 15 mins prior to your appointment time. Lash Fill in's take up to 1.5 hrs.
