My first experience with Dr Nelson and her staff was amazing! It was very helpful to fill out new patient paperwork online before arriving at the office. It would have saved me time if I had read all the instructions here there and in the corners before I started. I recommend new patients learn how to save work as you go through the process. I am in a wheelchair & the building was extremely handicapped accessible. The staff did everything they could to make the visit comfortable for me. I never had to question what to do or where to go. Patients are welcomed at the front desk, then passed from one staff member to the next to accomplish all the tasks before Dr Nelson walked in the room. She was very thorough and explained everything in detail. I am looking forward to my next visit with them!
I was very pleased with my introductory visit with Dr. Nelson. I was greet right away and after a short wait I was x-rayed and in short order met with Dr. Nelson. The lady who took the X-ray was knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. There were a couple of very short waits but I never felt neglected. Dr. Nelson explained the plan for my treatment and answered all my questions. She seems very competent and concerned about my comfort during the surgery and the end result. I feel very comfortable with her.
This review is WAY OVER DUE.... Truly the most amazing staff and doctor. Dr. Nelson and team took GREAT care of my teenager through a procedure that she was very anxious about prior to her appointment. From beginning to end, my daughter was in INCREDIBLE hands. They are professional and personal and do EVERYTHING with excellence. 5 stars through and through!
I had an amazing experience Dr. Nelson and staff are very professional. During my dental treatment Dr. Nelson was very patient and kind, She gave me ease of mind and would make sure I was comfortable as She explained step by step all the procedure to be done.Front office were very informative and attentive. Thank you again for such a great experience.
The ladies here are the exception to the rule…extreme professionalism & kindness, thoroughly skillful and Dr. Nelson is absolutely TOP NOTCH….she’s the best in her profession. i feel very blessed and was very confident in her ability to make this client feel safe, comfortable and definitely cared for! Everyone I dealt with, from scheduling my consultation on the phone to scheduling my procedure, was so warm, friendly, professional & efficient! Dr. Nelson made me feel so comfortable & confident in my decision to go forward with my treatment. Brenda even took the sting out of the payment process! Dr Nelson & her staff are the best!
Dr. Nelson's entire staff is 5 star! Dr. Nelson herself, is professional, efficient and gets the job done! I have had a life long, deeply embedded fear of dentists, but the whole gang here put me at ease and always made sure I was comfortable. The root canal removal and molar extraction were done painlessly, and , you may not believe it this, but the total process was entirely stress free! If you should need dental work now, or in the future, yourself a favor,, call Dr. Nelson!
Dr. Nelson and her team came to us by way of my own dentist we met for a consultation a lot of questions came up in time we’ve got to ask them, we were allowed the time to process this information . They were very detailed of what the process would be like and what our financial situation would be like as well, once we got those issues addressed we proceeded to make my appointment and this was my first dental surgery in quite some time so I was a little nervous anyway she went out of her way and her team as well to make us comfortable once the surgery was over that weekend I had developed a type of clot on my gum line which I made contact on Friday night with Dr.Nelson she explained how normal that is for some people she asked us if we wanted to come in on a Saturday which she had to come in for so I really appreciate that she offered that. I am very impressed with her credentials her history and her contribution’s in this area, this is the god honest truth of my experience with Dr. Nelson and her team .
My case was SO complicated and Dr. Nelson did AMAZING work!! I am just truly thankful beyond measure that I chose her to be my periodontist for this intense journey. I highly recommend Custom Periodontics and Implantology to anyone who needs a periodontist, oral surgeon, bone grafting or implants. Dr Shelby Nelson is not only a fabulous human being, but she is truly an artist and excellent at her craft! Plus, her entire staff team are so welcoming and knowledgeable, and they go above and beyond to help during the entire process. I couldn’t be happier!!
The staff and Dr. Nelson are fantastic. Very upbeat and cheerful, patient and take the time to explain what is being done, and very empathetic by consistently asking if you are doing ok. It was an excellent experience and I would recommend to anyone.
