Robert designed and installed our home theater, including a projector and retractable screen. Working with Robert was great — he's very patient and loves face-to-face communication, and he's very flexible to work with whatever obstacles come up. Robert's strength is definitely his home remodeling background. When we asked him if we could recess our retractable screen in the ceiling, he came up with custom designs, adjusted them as we discovered unforeseen obstacles like a drainpipe in the ceiling, and made sure the end result was beautifully painted and integrated with the rest of our home. On the technology side, Robert works with great installers who know their stuff. If you know exactly what you want out of a home theater and are familiar with the technology, Robert will help make that vision happen. If you're not sure what you want, you might want to make sure you do your research first!. Overall, we enjoyed working with Robert, especially how hard he worked to make sure we were happy with the final result of our home theater.

Robert created a masterpiece in our living room. His craftsmanship and attention to detail are unequalled. We had Robert remodel our living room to include a big screen TV above a linear fireplace. A built-in audio cabinet and a complete in wall surround sound system. We also added theater style lighting to enhance our living room experience. It was a real pleasure to work with Robert. Our project was very unusual a rear projection screen in a bright environment, in an old stone house, with installation of the projector in an antique cabinet and the result turned out fantastic. He didn’t try to oversell us on equipment: one other AV company in town probably the most well-known, quoted me a very expensive projector that would not have been bright enough for the room, and a sound system and setup that was extremely expensive and would have not actually worked well for the relatively small viewing space. I interviewed four A/V system installers and he proved himself by far the most knowledgeable, with informed awareness about the ideal sound setup for our space. With the other installers I think I would have paid more and received less. Robert proved highly knowledgeable and optimized the hardware to a great value for money. And his installation people did a great job at a good price. I will recommend him to friends.

CQT did a fantastic job on my home theater. Robert stepped in half-way through my basement remodel with great ideas and suggestions, and after taking over, completed the theater delivering what he promised and handling any issues that arose. Custom Quality Theaters installed a state of the art theater for my wife and I in our basement and it's a thing of joy.
