After my Dentist of many years moved away, I tried different dentists in the area. After trying 4 different dentist offices and having bad experiences, I was blessed to find this office. First, the doctor is very careful and meticulous. He takes time needed to ensure the procedure is done correctly. He also takes the time to explain each step and show you the images of what is going on. I am impressed with his numbing technique. Quick and straight to the nerve! The cleaning technician, Jenny, is fantastic! I absolutely love her work. The front desk staff is very kind, professional and accommodating. I haven’t had any issues with billing snd insurance coverage. The office staff take care of everything, and are very upfront with any charges your Inssuramce may not cover. I had to have a procedure that needed follow up. I would get calls from the office to ask me how I was feeling. When I had pain, they went above and beyond to accommodate my needs and see me right away. Now, they are also seeing both my kids. I highly recommend Custom Smile Dentistry.
Who likes going to the dentist, am I right? But I know that when I step foot into Custom Smile Dentistry, I know I am in warm and capable hands. The receptionists and dental hygienists there are always warm and friendly, and I can usually get an appointment within the same week if needed. I appreciate the fact that Dr. Nguyen always takes his time in a calm manner to explain any procedure he does using many different types of high tech dental equipment. These days, it's hard to find a reliable, friendly dentist, but do check this one out.
Very professional, courteous and calm environment. Dr. Nguyen is calm and patient and takes time to explain thoroughly. I am always anxious with dental work but Dr. Nguyen is understanding and patient. Ernesto is great. I appreciate all his help and friendly and professional demeanor. The team is committed to taking care of their patients. The office is not close for me but worth the drive and the 210 freeway traffic!
My name is Tyke and I have been a dental patient at Dr. Nguyen's Dental Office in Sierra Madre office for many years. When you walk in the front door the staff is friendly and efficient and you feel at home. I had a pain pop up in one of my teeth and called Custom Smile Dentistry. They were able to see me within the hour and Dr. Nguyen after a through investigation, with the latest technology found one of my sinus cavities was congested and wrote a prescription to fix the problem. Dr Nguyen is without a doubt one of the very best Dentist's anywhere. Sincerely, Tyke
Dr. Nguyen is the best! After 10 years of pretty much playing Goldilocks with dentists, I have FINALLY found one that I want to keep! Dr. Nguyen is gentle, kind, meticulous, great at explaining every procedure step by step, and causes my physician triggered anxiety-that occurs with ALL doctors-to subside. He also has state of the art equipment, and an office staff, including hygienists, that are welcoming and professional. I was referred to Dr. Nguyen by a coworker that said, “ I love my dentist!” She was the first and ONLY person to say those words during my search for a referral. Now, after receiving a cleaning and a root canal, that oddly enough I looked forward to having after first meeting Dr. Nguyen, I may soon say those same words! It’s only been 2 visits. Saying “love” is a bit early, but I can feel it coming. One downer, his office is only open on weekdays, but so far, it’s been worth taking a day off from work.
This is an excellent dental practice. Dr. Nguyen is very gentle with his treatments. I have had my extraction and implant surgery done here and the care is exceptional. Staff members Lauren and Ernesto are always helpful. Can be expensive without insurance but I highly recommend this practice.
I am a new patient at Custom Smile Dentistry, but so far I'm very impressed. They have cleaned teeth for both me and my 7-year-old son, and they dealt with his dental phobia beautifully. You feel like you are the focus at this office, not like you're another number being pushed through the pipeline. I had a cavity filled and the procedure was done with absolutely minimal discomfort.
They do a great job. They are very organized and methodical. Jenny is my personal hygienist, and she rocks! The office staff is very friendly. It's a great environment. Now if I can only improve my flossing...
