I live in Spring Valley and I come all the way down here for a haircut every week
My son always go there they do a good job and if you go in the morning there is less people waiting.
Quick and good. I always get my haircut here when I visit San Ysidro. Never had a complaint.
If you really want to spend 20 dollars and get a really bad haircut please don't waste your time here. Go to walmart, get some clippers and do it yourself.
