These a-holes terminated my lease after only one year for no reason. I was an exceptional tenant and they basically forced us to move out! It's already a struggle to find a place and i thought we'd stay longer than one year. Could never speak to a manager and tried several times. They also force you to pay for their internet which is 75. I had to break my contract with Comcast which cost me money. The buildings elevators are always breaking so enjoy taking the stairs. Would not recommend this place to anyone. It was cheap rent at first but then like every greedy slug in Miami decided to raise everyone rent. I seen them kick out a lot of people to do this.

I found this apartment through Lazaro Jorrin. He is the real state agent that lists these apartments. I have been living here for a year now and all I can say is that has been a very positive experience. From dealing with Lazaro at the very beginning to reaching out to the management office whenever we had issues, everyone is very professional. I love where I live and it feels very safe.

I love living here and they're always cleaning and tending to the property. All of the workers and that includes management.... Are sooo nice and very considerate. I don't speak Spanish but they still are always helpful and very friendly and hospitable. For the space and amenities that are available to me... I must say the price is just perfect. Anytime I have any maintenance issues or any kind of monetary issues they always try to help me

I loved living here, don't believe all the reviews they are extremely exaggerated. We got a nice clean apartment for a cheap price. They have pest control come every 2 weeks or so and in all my time living here we haven't had any serious problems with roaches or bugs. The ladies at the leasing office are really nice. I would only say the downside is security, most don't really speak english so if you forget your card to get in the gate they don't know what to do and you're locked out of your own apartment. Also if you ever want to go to the pool you have to leave the complex to go to they gate outside and get a pool pass which is such a task that Ive only went about twice in all my time living here. People have dogs here but they've told us that we aren't allowed to have one which is why we have to move. But other than the above mentioned its a clean decent affordable place to live.

This is place is great, very calmed. I have been living here for around four years and I do not regret it. The apartments are really nice, and if you have any problem the office fix it right way. No complains.

This apartment building is pest infected I been calling for almost a year I been here 2 years about the roach and termite and maintenance for the apartment....no one helps. The "manager" in the office is super Rude and hang up in your face and can careless about the living situation of the tenants when they spend their money to stay somewhere safe with your children....I would never want anyone to be in my situation...so I'm telling you guys to runnnnnnnnn.....I'm contacting the health department of Florida for this building....I have to protect me and my son.

If I could rate this residence a 0 I would. I moved in here 2011 with two young children ages 3 and 6. My first night there, a domestic violence situation outside my door involving a man running around naked. Than my toilet stopped working, maintenance shut down my toilet for 2 weeks! During this time my family was forced to go to the bathrooms near the pool, night-time we had nothing. Than the air conditioner wasn't working, maintenance would come, take it out from the ceiling look at it and leave it there for days. This happened 5 times! The security guard at the time would sexually harass me, even cornered me in stair-well, I reported it. They did nothing. The final straw was when I lost my job, I spoke to the office manager and requested to pay the month owed plus rent for the new month November 2011. Two weeks later my water was turned off, no notice, nothing... I had 2 young kids *turning off utilities is a violation of law in the state of Florida* I wrote to them requesting water to be turned on and cited the conversation with office manager. Let them know if they didn't I'd be utilizing my rights as a tenant and breaking my lease. They did nothing so I moved out. Now almost 6 years later they're attempting to collect over $4,000.00 because I moved out citing breaking the lease and trying to charge me damages for where the maintenance man left the A/C on the floor. NEVER will I recommend this place... EVER!

The management of the building is FORCING the residents to spend 75 more dollars, on internet and cable, cutting my internet causing a violation of the contract I have with my Internet provider, now I am facing penalties for the broken contract. I am not a new tenant here, I’ve been living for almost two years and generally this is a good condo for living. Still waiting for your reply to my email.

If I could give it ZERO STARS I would .Horrible horrible HORRIBLE place to live!! Do NOT move here . Management are Nasty lying people. Every year you try to renew they are going to bump up your rent saying it's due to "water". If they knock and you don't answer they just walk up in your apartment with no notice, nothing. You could be sleeping and walk out in your draws and theres three men in there. By LAW they are supposed to give you a notice they say before to let you know. Which they don't do.my toilet was always breaking along with my a/c and it took them a week each to fix!! There are roach infestations in at least one of the buildings. After 12 am there is NO parking so many RESIDENTS are parking illegally due to NONRESIDENTS taking up parking. Then they tow your car!!! The office NEVER answers the phone, it is supposed to be a gated community but the gate just lets in who and whatever!!! Even if you give them specific orders not to let someone in. The inside of some of them are disgusting ! With mold and everything. Things were broken , rusted.

I used to live there in 2002 to 2004 they used to open the apartment to do leak inspections and open your door while you're in the bed sleeping and I would come out of the room in my underwears with them already inside the apartment I would not recommend this place. people would use the bathrooms in the elevators. and the manager at that time was a guy bye the name of Rick and he was stealing the rent money from people. the power used to go out all the time sometimes half the apartment had power and sometimes the other half had power and sometimes it would be completely dark with no power I would prefer to live in a building that's not so big that place is like the projects I used to live in s439 I know ! stay out of there that place it is disgusting and I never thought of doing a review to now I just remembered them thinking back in the days I was young and dum.
