Attorney Kenneth Cutler was born and raised right here in South Florida. As a graduate from Hollywood Hills High School, the University of Florida and Nova Law School he knows our community very well. Ken has been actively litigating cases since 1986, concentrating primarily in personal injury. He has tried cases in both State and Federal Courts and has handled a broad range of negligence cases including automobile, product defects, food borne toxins, premises cases, negligent security, and many more.
Ken is extremely involved in our community and has acted as a Broward County Teen Court Judge for many years. He is on the Board of the Parkland Friends of the Library and has participated over the years in many other community organizations including Broward Lawyers Care and the Palm Beach County Bar Association’s Lawyers for Literacy.
Attorney Andrew Rader has been providing service to his clients throughout the States of Florida and New York for over 23 years, concentrating in personal injury claims.
Mr. Rader was born and raised in Freeport, New York. He went to college at the State University of New York at Binghamton where he received a BA in Economics. Andrew went to law school at The George Washington University Law School in Washington, D.C. where he graduated Cum Laude (with honors).
After graduating law school, Mr. Rader worked as a public defender in the Bronx. He earned a winning trial record despite severe budgetary constraints and single-handedly conducted all aspects of criminal defense from arrangement through pre-trial hearing to verdict.
Over the last 20 years, Andrew has zealously advocated on behalf of clients in all areas of personal injury, medical malpractice, nursing home abuse and wrongful death. He has tried cases in Florida, NY and the United States District Court. He has recovered millions of dollars for clients through settlement and jury verdict, and prides himself on combining outstanding representation with exceptional personal service.
