Worst service ever !! Don’t recommend to any one there is a better option across the street !
No fresh coffee, no Cuban coffee. I see only one thermos coffee and is cold, no hot food. This is not a chain owned store, so the variety in coffee and other products is not consistent. If only a Cuban owner will take over please. Very well lit and ample space. When it rains the water drains all over around the fuel isles.
Awful service from the store OWNER. Terrible attitude. Extremely unhelpful and disrespectful to me. Spent around 30 minutes arguing why I did something wrong at the pump instead of offering me the original 2.99 car wash that I came for and not the $10.99 car wash it charged me for. Tried to treat me like an idiot pulling rank about being an IT Manager or whatever when I'm a programmer myself... Handled the situation VERY poorly even when I was trying to meet him halfway with a solution, continuously trying to argue his point. Eventually took a white man talking to him and saying that this wasn't right for him to give me a $10 bill for a refund. I don't want this kind of rudeness and discrimination in my neighborhood. Shell needs to clean this dirty store inside and out. Taking my business elsewhere and you should too.
This is the only shell that I pay outside we know the management and some employees are very nice
Absolutely the worst customer service. Car washed malfunctioned 4 cars in a row. They tell you there is no problem. No refund unless you come back the next day. They have a camera in the carwash which is dark and mist. Literally the worst.
How can manager of a 24 hour fuel supply schedule deny 24 hours of access to the bathrooms services from its patrons, by instructing his employees to post this sign giving them the powers of discriminational selections for services? I thought that was Illegal in our Country.
Ok location, good lighting , Average pricing. Staff aren't the nicest but they do have a pretty big selection inside if needed.
