Cuzin's Car Wash

Was excited for their payment options. But don't expect a clean car when using the automatic lane. Paying for a hot spray and zero wash.

This is the worst car wash I've ever been to. Nobody returns your calls, the automatic car wash is a joke, do not plan on it doing anything other than leaving a slimy residue on your vehicle. The manual wash bays are sufficient, EXCEPT they removed the notification alarm to insert more money, so you have to keep an eye on the time carefully, or you pay 4.00 each re upat least on Bay 4. I wouldn't recommend this place if you were washing a bicycle. Drive 2 more minutes in either direction, and find another facility that wants to provide you with consistent, intentional customer service, and care.

I was excited that this is touchless wash close to home... this so called wash didn't even get spider web off the side of my car, there was still dirt. The rain storm did a much better job! $10.00 for a wet car. Save your money, go elsewhere. Negative stars if that was an option [-]

Wow what a joke do not go here unless they do repairs as of 12-10-2021. High pressure soap provides little to no soap. Foam brush just as bad. Brush completely worn out not to mention broken and hanging only to reach one side. What a waste of $7.00 and yes the setting with the brush was selected correctly and running for 3 minutes prior to taking that photo. Owners if you see this feel free to reach out to me for a refund.

I am a returning customer here! I've been to a few local car washes around here and the other self-serving washes aren't as well kept as this one. My compliments: - The garbages were nice and roomy not stuffed to the max. - The machines I used were clean and stocked well. They worked fine and accepted my currency. -The shop vacs ran GREAT. No more crumbs! -car is squeaky clean for a good price! My only gripe now is the Michigan weather!! It started raining when I left. I will be back :

Everything worked -yeah!!! The place was clean and I got 4 minutes for $2.00 on self wash. Thanks and will continue to visit.

Some of the machines only take card while others take card and coin. There are no signs stating this and coin option is available on each machine. I put coins in only to find out, after calling the number for service issues, the bay I was using only took card. Owner said he would refund me and never did. I will not return until proper signage is placed as I don't want to chance loosing money again.

Touchless auto wash was closed. First bay over not the super bay didn't accept my credit card hopefully I am not charged for the 3 swipe attempts... and then in the next bay, it took 2 attempts to read my card before it processed.

I passed by this wash and figured hey I need my car cleaned. I pulled In and started to clean away at my car .The water pressure was very good it took all the dirt off my car and the vacuums were amazing .This by far had to have been the best self serve car wash I've been to . Good prices and convenient
