Samsung outsources their repairs to here. My tablet quit powering on one day, so Samsung used this depot to repair it. The first time I sent it back, they lost it for a week, repaired it, and finally sent it back. Only they said the issue was the BIOS? Not sure how overnight the BIOS can corrupt itself and not power on. Sure enough the tablet still wouldn't power on when I got it back. I sent it back and again they lost it. This time for TWO WEEKS. They said they repaired some power related parts, we will see if it powers on when I get it back. Between shipping, them loosing the tablet, and the repairs; the process took 2 months. I will never recommend a Samsung product while they send repairs here. The Samsung manager that took over my case did say they have had numerous complaints from this place and they are looking into stripping the facility as an authorized repair center.
Truck drivers if you drive a semi with a sleeper and a 53' trailer: always ask for more money just for the same fact that you have to make pickup or delivery at this location. Difficult backup, otherwise no issues.
Wow. How are the doors still open at this place? This is truly the worst business I have ever seen. It would be funny if it were not so infuriating. Where to start. 1 they don't monitor any inbound communications. If you call they don't answer. you cannot leave a voicemail. if they send an email, they don't monitor the email address you reply to. 2 they are incompetent. They have failed to fix my monitor twice now. Each time they have shipped it back without it being fixed. 3 they can't even get the items they didn't fix out the door. The first time they didn't fix my monitor it sat on their shipping room floor for a week after the shipping label was created. This time it's been two full weeks. Samsung had better get smart and dump these guys as their repair shop or they are going to cost them a lot of business.
UPDATE: Received monitor back with even more Damaged Was having display issues with my Samsung Monitor and they told me to send it here. I did so and while my monitor was there I was reading the reviews here and started to worry.. got my screen back and sure enough there is damage and something loose on the inside. Now I have to send it back And wait another 7 days. And to think Samsung recommends this company for their repairs?? What a joke of a company.
CVE Inc performs electronics refurbishing and repairs, in our case specifically for Samsung products. We’ve used them twice so far, both times for two different PowerBot vacuum cleaners. The first repair was done on a unit that was still under warranty. Samsung arranged the repair and emailed us instructions for sending the unit to CVE. We sent the vacuum in and received it in about a week, good as almost new. This was around two years ago and the unit has worked just fine ever since. We love the PowerBot so much that we ended up buying the newer model so we could have one for our house’s upper level and one for the lower. The newer model ended up having an issue with one of its wheels and even though it was out of warranty, CVE arranged an “accommodation” through Samsung for us in order to get the unit repaired free of charge. No company has EVER even offered such a thing to us before. We shipped the vacuum to CVE, they repaired it free of charge, and we received it back again within about a week. It’s good as new! Seen some negative reviews for CVE and can’t attest to any issues that others have had with them, can only state that our experiences with them twice now have been way above and beyond any expectations. We highly recommend them!
Sent my Samsung Robotic vacuum in for repair and received a UPS tracking number on 3/29/18. After a two weeks of it not being delivered, I called and spoke with customer service. They said that they would open an investigation with UPS and I would get the results in 8 business days. THIS IS WHEN THEY STOPPED ANSWERING MY CALLS, EMAILS, AND MESSAGES. Fast forward to 5/16/18, and I get an email from them stating that the investigation STARTED and I would here from UPS. A MONTH AFTER I TOLD THEM MY VACUUM WAS MISSING! On Monday of this week 6/4/18 I requested the claim information so that I could contact UPS myself. UPS told me that they could not legally share any details of the case but that CVE was found to be responsible for a refund or replacement item. Now we're back to them not answering any form of contact whatsoever. I've contacted Samsung directly to report this but have yet to hear back. TL;DR: TRASH COMPANY, TRASH SERVICE. Dont buy Samsung appliances on the off chance you should have to deal with CVE, Inc.
