Went to transfer my prescription today and waiting in drop off for 10 minutes and no one showed up while pharmacist guy DEEP was roaming front of me And when I asked if someone is working at drop off then his answer is I didn’t see you with big attitude. Never want to use this pharmacy.keep your attitude with you Deep.
Right around the corner CVS. They have minute clinic within the CVS and it is a great blessing during the flu season. There is hardly any wait time for visiting the on duty doc. As far as the regular store item goes, make sure you are a extra care member, watch out for mails and add the coupons to your card before you shop, so that the coupon price gets applied while you shop. Staffs are friendly and helpful. They have great deals on Cosmetics brands and other items. Photo service is not that great and certainly needs improvement. The store is open till midnight
Worse pharmacy ever. They don’t inform you of when medications are ready or if the need to order them. That don’t tell you if they need additional information. It sometimes has taken 3 trips back to get my meds. Are all CVS pharmacy’s like this ?
Unprofessional and very rude staff. I had to call to find out my son’s prescription was not available and that it would be available next day. So they asked if I wanted to have it fill at other location in wheeling to what I agreed since my kid needed the prescription. Went to the second location and I was told they didn’t have the medicine either that they had called the first location but they failed to notify me. I had to call a third location where they finally got it. I called the Buffalo Grove Dundee rd the manager pretended that they didn’t know about it. That the last thing she knew was that they were supposed to have it. When I told her I was going to go back to the second location to find out why they had lied to me she changed her mind and said “well may be somebody else got the call and since we got busy we couldn’t notify you”. Three hours later I finally got the medicine. Definitely changing my meds to an other location.
Ran in quick for one thing and was accosted at the self check out by a staff member. She was condensing and slightly suspicious making us feel like criminals. Very awkward and uncomfortable exchange. Not to mention unnecessary. Next time let me check out in peace.
Pharmacy sucks. No other word describes the wait time, customer service, or care. When you have an issue and make a call, they will ignore you. I personally have tried to get an issue resolved. For over 3 months. Nicole Jackson area manager? literally emailed me and asked me to never contact CVS again,, instead of resolving the issue. So if anyone has gone to this CVS, I recommend Walgreens. They have 2 phatmacies within a mile, and they are better at customer service and medicines. The pharmacist at CVS argues with the customers and never checks with the insurance properly. The prescriptions are always wrong, delayed, or never there when promised. Do yourself a favor, Give Walgreens the business. They deserve it for their customer care. The only thing CVS does is give you the business. This is the issue, hide from complaints, and hope they will go away. Thank you for the advice. I went to Walgreens. Best medicine.
Worst CVS experience. No one picks up calls in the Pharmacy. calls getting disconnected after being put on hold for long. Also, the some staff dont want to assist people with pickups and makes everyone wait .
Pretty much the worst consumer experience in the world. This is what happens when 100’s of millions of Americans can’t choose their pharmacy with their employer provided benefits. I hate everything about this place.
This CVS needs help in training the employees. The male managers in gray shirts are both nice. However, the 2 females in red shirts one supervisor and one cashier need some training in customer service. One is intentionally rude and other is non intentionally rude and speaks harshly. They are racist as well. Whevever I am running errands I look horrible and dress up in sweats and a coat. They always give this look of as if people are there to steal stuff. Dont judge the book by its cover because I cannot keep going around in suits and dressed up to a store like CVS or matter of fact any grocery shopping. I have been coming to this store for about 3 years and I have never left a review ans i have seen these same cashiers over and over again. I get judged my by clothes and maybe color. I hate coming here. I only come here only if my home store is out of stock of something. Even driving to this store I hate thinking I am going to experience the attitude and see same cashiers. The male managers always are nice, friendly and make things right. However, I cannot take this attitude anymore and since I am not moving this year I am stuck with this store for out of stock items. If it was not for the managers, I would rate customer service 0 here or negative if that was an option. FYI: The managers are not always there.
The worst cvs, doesn't call if prescriptions are not able to be filled. Pharmacy sets there own hours with cardboard signs stating closed 90 minutes before close time. One person that works pharmacy is very argumentative, do not recommend this pharmacy
