The woman Cynthia who works at this CVS is very rude and treats customers like thieves. Not to mention her disgusting look she gives when she accuses them. Worst customer service ever.
Had a wonderful experience today. My cashier Cynthia was super nice and attentive to customers! A lovely addition to your staff. If you see this Cynthia, you rock !
It's a very large location with lots of parking. Each time I have had to go is during flu season, so lines and wait times are longer, but that should be expected.
took the time to schedule a flu shot and was given an appt time of 12:45 the following day. E mail confirmed the appt and time. Showed up 5 minutes before scheduled time and found the pharmacy shuttered for lunch. The clerk said there are no appts for the lunch hour. My confirmation email says different. WORTHLESS.
How busy can this pharmacy get? Been trying to speak to a pharmacy staff for 45 mins!! Their phone line is set up to play recordings so they don’t have to answer? I hardly see a line when I go in nor the phone ringing! When I called today at one time a girl picked up then hang up! How unprofessional! People always have questions! Even if you select the option for doctor’s calls, nobody answers! I honestly believe they check the caller ID to see if it’s really a doctor’s office that’s calling. They have time to check caller ID’s but don’t want to be bothered giving good customer service by picking up the phone??? This poor customer service is a reflection of the pharmacy mgr’s management. It used to be the store side’s giving bad customer service, now the pharmacy too??? No wonder your reviews in general are all low, 1-2 stars only. Tsk tsk tsk
Pharmacy closes at 6. Reached at 5:40. Needed tetanus shot that doesn’t need appointment, there was zero line but person at pharmacy said, we won’t be able to give shot now. No reason given. I asked if you can let me know how much it would be with my insurance, she said, she won’t be able to type in to check it. Not sure, where did customer service go.
Went to grab a prescription. Get the run-around by the pharmacist before going to pay and- whoops! Pharmacist "messed up" the paperwork and "needed to re-do it". Next thing i know i'm sitting for 45 minutes. Use walgreens for your pharmacy, they at least seem to have their stuff together.
The pharmacy staff is so rude, and unwilling to help. When you go to a pharmacy you expect to be received by someone that can relate or at least understand what you are going through but when you are welcome by a team that clearly heat what they do, it makes it that makes ch harder for you. I’ve been there in several occasions, so this comment is not due to one bad experience, but it’s the collection of several bad experiences. I kept going there for convenience because they already have all my information but I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere.
I've never had a bad experience with customer service here so I can't give it one star. Yet that's about the nicest thing I can say about my experience with this CVS. Most of the time, they don't have the medications I need in stock and have actually referred me to competing pharmacies for assistance. The prices of everything else are horribly inflated. So if you want to purchase higher-than-normal priced OTC items, this is the place to go. But your chances of getting a prescription filled are about 50/50 and you can find better value for everyday items elsewhere.
I Called because I needed a Price check on printer ink and was told. "I'd have to call back because there was a line..." So....??? only ONE person works in the entire store? Because this is my local CVS I do know that there is always a line because only one person is usually at the cashiering desk. Geeeeez CVS management, I mean if this is where the problem seems to be always having a line, not enough help? then fix it and don't lose another sale to Walmart or Target because thats where I'm heading now!!!
