Always a long wait. Drive thru never open. Had a prescription called in at 10am and it still wasn’t ready by 7pm. No apology or understanding from staff, very nonchalant. I get that everyone is having staffing issues right now, but people often need prescriptions urgently.
They are never open! I waited 2 weeks for blood pressure medication. Went up several times a week and it's never open! How can you fill peoples medication when you arnt even open? What happens when my diabetic grandma cant get her insulin cause ya know YOUR NOT EVER OPEN! they should just close permeantly. I switched to walgreens
My sons prescription was called in at 9 am. I had to have my husband pick it up on his way at work and they hadn’t even started to fill it at 5:30 pm. Ridiculous. We will be using another pharmacy
Pharmacy needs improvement! It closes randomly posting sign, “Staff Shortage”. Closed Drive—Thru, always slow and long waiting lines.
How can a customer walk in to pick up a script at 1:27pm and the pharmacy says we will have that tomorrow. Customer says no, I need to pick up the two boxes you have in stock OH, I see that and say we are working on it, we are heading to lunch at 1:30pm. Ugh!!! When does a customer stop being the customer for your personal schedule??? This world is upside down!
The pharmacy and staff have gone down hill. Need a lot of improvement. Thinking about switching pharmacies.
Great people. Professional, caring pharmacist and techs. Always calm and friendly no matter how incredibly busy the pharmacy is. Appreciate every one of these hardworking, amazing people
8-10-20 Called the Pharmacy to see if the prescription was ready and was on hold for 23 minutes. While I'm on hold I decided to drive there after 15 minutes or so and pulled up to the drive through window and rang the button for 3 minutes before anyone came to the window. I showed her my phone and said I've been on hold for 23 minutes. There was literally no one in the Pharmacy at all. They were PURPOSELY IGNORING PHONE CALLS!!! They have lost my meds after being filled, they have put wrong Dr.s names on bottles and a number of other f**k ups. I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PHARMACY EVERY!!! I WILL NEVER GO THERE EVERY AGAIN! Why the hell can't the covid19 tests be scheduled over the phone. My mom has to get a test done because of someone who tested positive at her factory and she's trying to do the online bull and it won't even schedule her. She can't go back to work without it being done.
After waiting 25 minutes in a drive thru lane that never moved I went in. Waited another 20 minutes to pick up a zero cost prescription. If you can’t staff your stores don’t bother opening them! Why can’t a pharmacy in this town get its act together?!
