I came here to pick up something real quick. I came across this cosmetic bag and it was filled. I unzipped it to look inside and a nasty cashier told me that I can't open it repeatedly when I already zipped it back up. I told her that if I can't open it, then the zipped should be locked . I got the things I wanted, did self checkout, and the security sensor went off as I was walking out. I turned to go back to the register and the cashier told me to go ahead. I'm like... OK... so much for security. Oh, at self checkout, it asked me how many bags I'm using. I didn't use any, and entered 0. Just in case you are not aware, thanks to our democratic governor, Ralph Northam, who passed a law that charges 5 cents for plastic bag. Wish he would invest his energy on cleaning up all the used, contaminated masks all over the place!!
I was parked in the CVS parking lot taking pictures of incoming aircraft to Dulles. I filled up my memory cards and thought I had brought a spare. I hadn't. :- I trekked into CVS and asked the attendant up front for assistance. He was most gracious in showing me the cards they had available. I was struck by how polite and courteous he was, to the point that I went ahead and bought a few other things in CVS as well. Politeness in retail is becoming a rare trend these days. When I encounter it, I not only encourage it but I patronize the business too. :- Overall, a great experience at the Sully Plaza CVS!
Cashier IMAN is a very rude individual should not be working in public if she will have a nasty attitude. Reported her to corporate.
Made an appointment for booster shot. Got there 15 min before appointment. Sat in the waiting area for 15 minutes and no one attended to us. Talked to one of the pharmacist and she said to wait. Waited another 20 min. Finally talked to another lady eh again asked if I have an appointment. Then she said to wait. At this point, we’ve waited close to 45 min. We left without getting our booster. What’s the point of making an appointment? And by the way, the pharmacy wasn’t that busy. Such a waste of time.
The pharmacy staff is nice enough but I’m always waiting in line for at least a HALF HOUR to get my medications in the drive thru. It doesn’t make any sense. I’ll be looking into switching pharmacies soon.
If I could give this pharmacy a 0, I would. I called to apply a copay card to a script I had sent here and I wanted to confirm it was applicable before driving over and picking it up. The pharmacist refused to take the copay card over the phone?! She said I would have to provide the card in person, which I have never had to do. She was extremely rude and then disconnected the call. I encourage everyone to stay far away from this pharmacy.
If I could give a zero I would. My husband went for covid 19 testing for travel and the store representative kept entering his name incorrectly. We had to go through the drive thru 3 times to get it corrected and the results were still sent in the wrong name. The airline would not accept the results. We are still working to get it corrected. They couldn’t do the basic task of entering information correctly, there would be no way I would trust them to fill my medication prescriptions.
went today to perform drive thru covid test on my 9yo. Well, it is a drive thru thing- when you are there and get the kit- you get nasal swab, pack it and drop it off in the box there. A staff member for s supposed to watch if you’re doing it right and comment if you’re not. This is how it was done previously at other CVS drive thru locations. This time after receiving a kit and putting a swab inside my kid’s nose I was demanded to park somewhere else ‍ I replied that I would as soon as I was done with the testing. But the person in the window requested it multiple times - she was eager to get free bc there was another car waiting behind. Not appropriate!
Runaway from CVS. My brother went there to get a COVID-19 PCR test before traveling to Canada. They promised that the results will be back within three days max, then on the third day while he is driving to Canada he called minute clinic customer service three times checking for updates about his results and they all said it might come today or may not due to the high volume. The fourth time he called the customer service, an honest lady tried to help him by calling the lab to get an update and called us back, saying we could not find your sample!!! My brother had to get tested somewhere else and wait three more days for the results! Add to all that it's been a month, and they still didn't process a refund of 139$!!
Patients and prescribers should steer clear of this Pharmacy. Literally impossible to call in prescriptions here. Left on hold indefinitely. No one ever answered the phone. Had to send my patient to another pharmacy in order to call in prescription.
