This is the worst pharmacy I've ever been to. They obviously don't know that selling drugs is their primary business. Even thou it states it on their sign. The store manager and pharmacy managers do not care about their patients or frankly their jobs. P.S. I am sure after posting this comment there will be a five star review stating how caring they are. Don't believe it that will be them trying to save face. By the way the medicine I was trying to fill was diabetic med they told me would be in today after making me wait five days. Forcing me to go to a real pharmacy to get the dosing I needed for today thanks CVS I'll never be back.
Sad to say that since the former store manager Larry retired, the store has gone down hill. From a large increase in out of stocks to a reduced level of customer service it is far from what it used to be. At one time you could have confidence that your items would be in stock. Now, you can’t trust that when you order online for pickup that your order will be filled. It will likely be cancelled due to out of stocks stock levels are off and they don’t bother to update them until an issue is made about it.. Specifically, I was advised there are 1000’s of items and they don’t have time and aren’t “allowed” to fix them per the assistant manager who works the evening shift. And, the assistant manager blamed it on corporate. She even told me she didn’t know the name of the District Manager of her store. I found that shocking. I ended up returning an item because I couldn’t find the additional items needed for it to work since they were CVS branded items and they were out of stock. Hense the cancelled order. I have care pass, but looks like when we are shopping in town we will be forced to shop Walgreens. The store manager ended up recharging me instead of refunding them had to correct her error taking up even more of my time due to the way she and her assistant runs the location.
This CVS is the worst one I have ever been in. We are full time traveling and I get one medication, once a month. I always stop in before my medication gets sent in to make sure the CVS can accommodate my prescription. I was told, “No problem.” When my medication was sent in, I was told they no longer had the medication they told me was available the day before and to check the next day. The next day I was told it hadn’t been ordered yet and to check back in three days. Three days later and the medication still hadn’t been ordered. I spoke to the pharmacist, Kayla, and she was very rude and condescending. I finally received my medication 6 days after it was sent in, but not before being treated like garbage by Kayla in person and in front of several other customers and employees. We had to extend our stay in Pahrump several times because of the inept employees and pharmacist at this CVS. Had I known they were going to bungle my prescription this bad, I would have just used a CVS in Vegas. Zero stars.
In the pharmacy aisles it's so very confusing as to where the item your looking for is. Then when by chance you find the item there's just 1 which doesn't help one iota if you have a coupon stating buy one get one free or 50% OFF etc. That's about it, thanks for hearing me out. Linda Braneff
Be ready to wait at least 20 minutes in the drive thru lane just to drop off your script. There is only one lane open, rarely have I seen both Lanes open. The wait for them to get your prescription ready is AT LEAST 3 hours. ... Indicating when you would like to pick up your prescription is pointless.
Kayla the pharmacy manager, and her team are caring, and always take the time to answer any questions us customer have. They are professional, and kind..! Thank you all at CVS , Happy New Year! Hope everyone at CVS have a wonderful one ..! Thank you at CVS much appreciated! K - Jaden
Wish I could leave 0 stars. Was nice enough to come back the next day even though I’d been waiting two days for meds already. I get that they are understaffed but the pharmacist is incredibly rude and speaks to people like we’re idiots. Was told to wait twenty minutes then pharmacist rudely told me another twenty. Being busy is understandable but losing your professionalism is not. Knowing how to treat people is most important. Disappointed and will not be using this pharmacy again.
Get ready for a very disappointing customer service experience with the new pharmacist. He apparently thinks he is a doctor and is second guessing Doctors orders as he see's fit. The place is a zoo, worst I have seen in 7 years. Meds have been promised 4 times over a two day period and still not ready 3rd day and this was after a two day wait for a conversation the pharmacist felt he needed with my doctor. Terrible service with twice the amount of employee's. Upgraded to 2 stars for the pharmacist attempt to make it better, though there was NO excuse for a week delay after a doctor prescribed a drug I had been taking for a long time and was already a week over due.
so im here to ridirect you to something that i know you would wanna know from me.Omid was very kind and very helpful.Kaylathe manager was very considerate and helpful as well, ofcourse they all got each other cause that was a team should supposed to be.Judy was my beautiful friend,i think she is the most grown woman overthere!so cute!!!,very sweet and very responsible in the store area, madam, you are a very very strong woman.too many things they have to do but they still try to make up for it.Mandy was nice cute giggles, makes my whole day.helpful and Kathy the one you can trust with things that you needed in the store, they just got not so many help in the main store so you know,"we should have patience".im glad to have met them all.oh "Ronnie Chase and Xavier also".Kind place.they just get too busy for sometime they needed your patience and you need to abide there rules most specially in the pharmacy.oh stephanie thanks for a sweet hug.and annabel lovely.
I literally drove down from my house that's 20 mins away while being on hold with my cell phone. When I got to the drive thru 730pm there was not one car waiting & 1 car in the parking lot! With 4 employees inside the pharmacy working! So why didn't they pick up the phone? There is something going on at this location obviously & it's not being short of staff! Time to get the district location manager involved evidently. Or the corporate office. Unacceptable customer service. I gave 2 stars ONLY because they have meds most pharmacies don't.
