Left for work early so I could pick up my prescription. Pulled into drive thru, and there was one car in front of me. The window clerk and the lady in the car continued to chat for almost 10 minutes after the clerk had handed her medicine and credit card back out the window. When the car finally drove away, the clerk looked me in the eyes and closed the window gate without saying a single word. I understand the pharmacy closes for lunch, but having a gate slammed in your face is extremely rude.
Had an appt.to get a Covid vaccine and waited 45 MINUTES WITH AN APPT. I am handicapped/on crutches, and watched the rude Asian/male pharmacist playing on his phone, discussing non-prescription hand cream for dry hands AT LENGTH, and wait on people who were in line 30-40 minutes after I checked in. I made the appt. Because I had recent surgery and am physically incapable of sitting or standing for long periods without extreme pain. I finally asked if he could just give me my booster shot. He continuously said, “I’ll be with you in a second”, and continued to play with his phone and wait on other customers. Rude, unprofessional, inconsiderate. Will never go to this CVS again.
Not willing to get trained customer service. I visited this place to get a quick item. The lady at the customer service was so unprofessional is her behaviors and tone from the begining. She said she cannot use my CVS card because the barcode in the app didn't work it happens sometimes everywhere, so I mentioned she can enter the numbers manually but she pulled away shoulders!! saying there is NO WAY the code can be entered manually and when I insisted that it has been done before, she justified saying she has worked at CVS for 11 years! Well manager came and was able to simply enter the code, and showed the person. She never apologized and seemed to not even care. What bothered me is that she really treated me like I'm uneducated person who knows nothing about anything because I have an accent!!
Why is this place still around? The service, or lack of it, is the worst customer service in the history of customer service. Everyone there , especially the pharmacy personnel, are the worst. They are all rude surly, condescending and sometimes nasty. I am sick of their attitude and nasty looks. The corporate office should look into why most everyone hates this place! It should be demolished, the ground salted so nothing ever grows there and a priest come in to do an exorcisms!! I am going across the street to Walgreens. Nice people there unlike this lousy, crummy store. They deserve no stars but I had to leave one.
Have had issues with them previously getting prescriptions ready when promised. But today was worse— an old lady, probably 70+, standing in line at the pharmacy and it’s closing time. She is next in line but they start closing the shutters and tell her to come the next day. Poor woman started crying and said she had walked to the pharmacy and can’t do it again and needs her medication. That drew some attention from the patrons at the store and eventually the pharmacist ended up helping her. But why make an old helpless lady cry? If you can’t help her because it’s almost time to close, don’t let her queue up. Terrible customer service. My family is switching my pharmacy to Walgreens. This was the last straw.
Bought three electric toothbrush replacements for like 20 or 30 dollars. Clearly CVS is a scam
If this store could get a negative star I wish we could give it to them. I highly advise that you go across the street to Walgreens, where you will find employees who are more than willing to help you out with a simple question. This CVS has the absolute worst employees, from the counter attendant to the pharmacist you will not find an employee willing to even help you with the smallest request. Good luck getting any help from the pharmacist half the time they don't speak English and if they can they won't help you. Don't try calling the pharmacy to try to find somebody who speaks English to get your prescription in because they will be extremely rude and ask why you're even calling. After reading all the reviews I don't even understand how this store is still open.
I don’t care if they have the granola. I’d go to CVS to get medicine and they failed every single time that I gave them the chance. They called me and said the prescription was ready for pickup but when I went there, they informed me the insurance did not allow them and I had to call the doctor again on a Saturday! Another time the nurse failed in injection of flu vaccine to my son and injured his arm. Another time that I stopped by to get a pulse-oximeter the shelf was empty. Funny that they advised me to get it online from cvs.com in two days. Bad idea! I would get it from Amazon cheaper and faster if I was not in rush and did not need it immediately.
Pharmacy people not friendly or helpful at all.
Wow what horrid human beings. Received a call 20 min prior to my covid test and was asked if I would be there on time. Test center was far and trafficy and i admited I was running 10 minutes late. The lady then said you get a 3 minute window to show up and was entirely inflexible and extremely rude. She canceled my appointment.
