Very rude people at the main counter the last two times I went there. They rudely insisted I use self-checkout without bothering to find out why I am waiting at the counter - needed to buy Covid tests which can only be handed by a person behind the counter and cannot be picked up and scanned at self checkout.
Terrible experience with the pharmacy. Took almost 48 hours to get antibiotic filled. That’s a long time to wait when you are sick! We called twice and both times were told they would have it ready in an hour they did not. The third phone call, I was told they were short-staffed and that they were behind by hundreds of prescriptions. Scary! We did eventually get the meds. May be trying a new pharmacy next time.
Dylan was a great help to us today. He explained our picture issue to us, then helped us make a decision that would work for what we needed. Thank you!
Slow service. Had them close the pharmacy early on us at 5:50 I know that's only 10 mins but dang our son could have used that medicine.....
Very friendly checkout ladies amd gents.
Very busy but the pharmacist took her time to correctly counsel and even the trainee techs were nice and completed transactions in a timely manner.
I get all my RX prescriptions here. They are always ready but some of the staff is rude. never the same people working.
Terrible pharmacy customer service we have been going here for years and have not had problems and now all of a sudden you go through the drive thru and get completely ignored say in line for 20+ min and ended up having to go inside to get meds
Friendly staff. Typical drug store. Good savings with store card.
The one pharmacist was really RUDE on phone and in person, thought about switching
