This the slowest CVS I’ve ever been too. Waited in the drive thru for 15 minutes before having to come inside to get my prescription. Still waiting in line it’s only one person in the line.

Called two hours ahead to confirm if the store does canvas prints. Got confirmation and placed my order. Upon arrival, the cashier had no idea where the order was and essentially inquired for help to get it printed. Essentially had i not showed up, they probably wouldn’t have even printed it. Thereby Forcing me to wait over 1 hour, contradictory to the estimated pick up time. The casual nonchalant was of the staff was extremely off putting. Same day pick up sucks all around at the cvs in Lanham in greenbelt. People seem to be incompetent and aloof to printing canvases. Pathetic.

Going to file a complaint with the Department of labor on behalf of the employees there. I was appalled at the way the store manager woman talks to her employees and in front of customers. She makes her employees work off the clock to finish their work without pay. That's unlawful. Not to mention publicly shaming and scolding the employees.  Definitely might have a few lawsuits there.

Went in to get a covid vaccine I had made an appointment for, not only did they not have the vaccine in stock but they billed my insurance, didn't reverse it after realizing it wasn't in stock, and that prevented me from getting it at any other pharmacy!

Mid afternoon purchase. Lightly staffed but they try to help. Some panhandlers outside. Good experience overall.

I only left one star because I wanted to leave a review. I have only started dealing with this location in June of 2022 because my mom became ill. I never believed the stories I heard from my family until I had to deal with them. From pills missing, to the prescriptions not being ready when they are supposed to be, No one answering the phone, to the fact that if your sick or unable to walk in the drive through always being closed. I don’t understand how this location is still operating period. CVS Corporate definitely needs to look at this store and make staff adjustments and definitely retrain.

This pharmacy is horrible. I traveled for work and needed a prescription from this pharmacy for some reason the cvs out of state needed them to scan  a copy of the original prescription which was routine allergy medicine. I waited on hold for over 30 minutes twice. The pharmacist at the out of state cvs stated he called and waited on hold for over 30 minutes. No one ever answered the phone  for either of us. The pharmacist I spoke with at the out of state cvs said I should report this pharmacy and I plan to. The drive through is out of order constantly and when I have been inside of the pharmacy I hear the phone constantly ringing and although there are several people working no one ever answers the phone. I lived in a posh DC neighborhood next door to a cvs much busier than this one and the customer service is like night and day. This cvs is located in very diverse area  with mostly minorities and many non native English speakers. Unfortunately it seems that CVS does not hold the New Carrolton CVS accountable for its poor customer service because it is a minority area which is unacceptable.The pharmacists working at this location should not have a job. You should treat people with respect no matter what the color of their skin.

I went in to get what I needed and was quickly out of there . The lines weren't long in addition to the self checkouts.

The Pharmacy is TERRIBLE!!! The last 3 times I called the Pharmacy, I was on hold for over 30 minutes each time. EACH time someone would pickup then hang-up.  WHAT A WASTE OF MY TIME! ALL three times I had to jump into my car and drive to the pharmacy  for service. The bad thing about it, they would have several staff members working so there's no excuses! I'm thinking about changing pharmacy  in hopes for better services

I didn’t even wanna leave any stars at all This is the absolute worst CVS ever, they are extremely rude they don’t administer the test they just ask if you know how to do it smh. This store needs to be shut down and I’m going to make sure of it. Makes no sense how rude these people are especially the African American light skin fat young lady in the pharmacy with the glasses, very rude.
