The CVS on Constitution Blvd in Kutztown, Pennsylvania is always clean and well organized. CVS has great sales and offers Extra Bucks on purchases. I can also get coupons for additional savings on the CVS App! It’s a great place to shop!

Love having CVS right in town, and all the coupons you can get when you are a member. Staff are always very nice but the bathroom is absolutely gross. It should be cleaned once a day and it definitely seems like it’s lucky if it’s once a week. If they could just focus 10min a day on that then the store would be amazing.

K-town CVS is an absolute train-wreck-dumpster-fire. If you enjoy having your prescriptions screwed up for days and you like seeing the stupid metal pharmacy gate closed and locked for hours while the store is open... or If you enjoy rude staff, then this is place for you. They might sell weenies to roast on the train-wreck-dumpster-fire that is CVS Kutztown.

I have been using the Kutztown CVS pharmacy for close to 20 years and been fairly satisfied with pharmacy and extra care benefits shopping in store. In the past 6 months, it has become the MOST FRUSTRATING, PATHETIC experience trying to get prescriptions filled. The drive thru is hardly ever open, sign stating short staffed. Then you go inside to a line of 6-8 people waiting for 1/2 - 1hr. for meds. You may as well not even have automated phone service to call in renewals! After calling in and waiting 2 days to pick up, still not ready, and TOLD THEY ARE 3 DAYS BEHIND FILLING PRESCRIPTIONS. YES, I KNOW I CAN CHANGE PHARMACIES AND AM LOOKING INTO IT. But I just need to tell you how completely ridiculous this is becoming. You can't call to renew meds too early, they won't fill it, then you renew on time and they are so far behind that my husband has run out of heart medication! This review is NOT directed at the employees, I believe this is a Corporate problem. Either fix it or close the pharmacy!

Urgent care phoned prescription in for me. I called pharmacy and was on hold for over 30 minutes to ask when to come in for it. At first they said they didn't see my prescription at all. After I said "it was phoned in from urgent care", then they saw it. I was told "wait at least an hour" to pickup. I waited two hours. Upon arriving, they once again could not find my prescription, which also meant they hadn't even started on it. Once they found it again, I waited for over 30 minutes for them to fill out.

Went to pick up a prescription that I was told was ready, was not ready. Have to go back tomorrow. Employee at pharmacy was only concerned about closing up by 130 for lunch, several people in line.

I would give absolutely 0 stars to every single CVS in Pennsylvania. Never answer the phone, all employees and pharmacists are down right nasty and arrogant!!! Unbelievable!! Don’t go here change pharmacies. Rite Aid and Walgreens!!!

I usually don't post this stuff but this cvs is being so hard to get my new medicine they always say it will be the done the next day I been waiting since Monday for this medication it's my new sezuire medicine they keep saying it will be in we will order it for the next day and I had to wait on hold for over a half hour to get told there is nothing we can do about it I am getting extremely mad about this that they won't even help me find another pharmacy through cvs and my doctor is getting frustrated about it because they wanted me to switch to my new sezuire meds ASAP but cvs is taking there time and not listening to my concerns at all about this and not taking this seriously if I was allowed to transfer to another pharmacy I would but my insurance does not allow me to but no matter who I speak to they are always rude and mean

I waited too long to pick up my meds and it was put back on the shelf. Just wanted to call to have it filled again before I drove there to pick it up and I can’t get a hold of a single person. Put on hold and then hung up on.

As far as the store goes it is a typical CVS. This CVS has a very friendly staff and quick service.
