The worst CVS I've ever been to. The pharmacy staff argue with each other in front of the customers. They set appointments for vaccinations that then have a sign telling you there's no one to do it when you get there. No phone calls, no emails. Until the manager at this location is replaced with someone competent, find another CVS to go to.
I'm going to send my prescriptions elsewhere from now on. Terrible service too many times! Not just impolite or slow; also zero help when they're out of what you need. The tech definitely has an F-off vibe.
A pharmacy with pharmacists that doesnt know to answer any questions about the medicines they provides. "Ask the Dr." is a very bed answer for medicine questions.
Employees are nice and easy to work with
Workers alway complain and they never have the product requested. I’ll be sending prescription somewhere else.
Rude people on the pharmacy. Went for flu shot after booking online. Waited for long under a sign "Flu shot here". A rude lady walking around the place without even being bothered to talk for a very long time, finally asked "What?". When I told about the appointment, she said they didn't have vaccine and asked to go somewhere else. I asked why I was given appointment when there was no stock, she didn't have answer with a who-cares-look. She could have been little polite... entire time I was watching her yelling at everyone around. I then went to Cobb's corner CVS pharmacy, where everything was quite the opposite without a prior appointment.
Pharmacy - very inefficient. On a good day, the wait is unusually long even if you see the only person at the counter. Takes forever to put in a meds order, or just to pick up prescription sent directly from Dr office. So, i went for flu shot today. There was a family in front of us negotiating certain things insurance? not sure, so that might have taken up the window. Not a problem. Saw the "flu shot here" sign at the "pick up" side, went to line up there instead. The lady at the counter then told me that I needed to line up at the "drop off" side -- which makes total sense, if their signage didn't confuse me in the first place. Now back to "drop off" side again, with an extra person in line. Great. But it made no difference, since the family was still there, for at least 15 minutes, with zero movement. The line was getting long, and the person in front of me had her issue sorted out back at the "pick up" side and left. Another 10 minutes later, the family got sorted out, and it was finally my turn. Now I'm informed that there would be AN HOUR WAIT. For what, I know not. I get it, it's Friday afternoon. But having waiting 30 minutes to be told that, it's a bit out of hand. There was no appointments to be made, either. Left and went to the branch at Cobb's Corner, got served right away. Their "flu shot here" signage was also placed correctly. With paperwork processing and such, got a flu shot and walked out in about 30 or so minutes. THAT's how it's supposed to be! Cobb's Corner is also at the border of 3 towns, so I can't imagine it having less traffic than the Sharon branch.
Awful pharmacist. The whole time I was waiting there to ask a question, she had a long conversion with a woman, and most of the talk was not medical in nature. She did not bother to look at me or say anything to me. I finally left without asking the question and in a bad mood. The pharmacist does not have basic manners or professionalism. She is surely there to damage the store’s reputation.
The older woman behind the pharmacy counter had "control" issues the last time I was there several years ago. She was very pushy. While waiting for my prescription I was looking for an item that's located near the pharmacy counter. Even though I was the only customer at the pharmacy, she insisted that I'm not allowed to stand near the counter while she is preparing my prescription. I was at least 5' from the counter looking at displayed merchandise. If I'm not allowed to stand there, there should be a barrier or enclosure. I told her I was looking for something and she got real moody. Then she freaked out and stormed out of CVS like a 3 year old. She was upset, I was calm. But the manager took her side and made it like she is in charge of where customers can stand while looking at a product in the open store space. I will never willingly spend another cent in that CVS. I grew up in Sharon. I live in Sharon and my family has been in Sharon for over 50 years. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CVS
I wish I could give this place 0 stars I have never been treated so poorly in my life. My advice for anyone of they have to use cvs go to Cobbs corner acne theyll treat you well. I dropped off a prescription yesterday to be filled and I had a feeling there would be an issue, just never expected this level, the person who took my script wrote my number down "in case" there were questions, since I never heard from them at all i figured everything was OK. The woman at the counter was very rude when she told me "they had nothing for me" when I explained I left the script she waived her hands for me to talk to that side, that's when the fun began the lady who i talked to said it hadn't been done and she would do it now, then she made an off hand comment to the cashier who chuckledclearly an insult to me. I took my script and I will never shop at the over priced cvs again not here or anywhere. Walmart or Walgreens from now on
