CVS

The CVS website and texting features are so messed up, they're almost unusable. I've gotten several texts saying a prescription is ready for pickup, but when I try to have it delivered, it says it's too soon to refill. This happens every month. Their text messaging service doesn't ever seem to match what's on the website. The Binghamton CVS is just as bad, so it's not the location, it's the corporate website/software. If my health insurance company didn't require me to use CVS, I would switch to another pharmacy in a heartbeat.

There is a clear pattern of rudeness, arrogance and condescending attitude by the staff here at this CVS in Target as shown by the many similar complaints below. The Pharmacists themselves are very nice but the techs are polar opposite in attitude and temperament and it is a shame but also not worth dealing with when there are so man other choices.

3.50 for a bag of ice and I have to ring it up myself! CVS your store is worthless

I went for a covid booster and the staff was very rude and unaccommodating…there were multiple people their. They seemed to have over booked appts. the women doing the shots was clearly overwhelmed and was extremely rude and spoke to my 3 yr old like he was 7. I called the Store ahead of time to ask what I needed.. they said just an ID when I got there it changed they said I needed the vaccine card…so I had to leave and reschedule after all of that. What a disaster

I have used this CVS Pharmacy several times over the past few months simply because of ease of access. Typically I use the Target CVS down the road. The CVS on Vestal Pkwy West has a VERY mean, rude, unprofessional, and unpleasant pharmacist. Today I witnessed her nearly put two employees who were working very hard to tears. I finally asked what the name of the pharmacist was and called CVS headquarters to make a formal complaint. Her name is LEANN and she IS OBNOXIOUS to both customers and coworkers. There are likely many pharmacist that would love to have her job. If CVS were smart, they would give someone more appreciative the job. The pharmacist at the CVS in Target are wonderful. Use that one or switch to another pharmacy. The other thing, this pharmacy always has trouble with their computers and has difficulty locating prescriptions. The other store employees are sweet, but the store as a whole deserves a one star rating for the plague of a mood the pharmacist sets.

I have been taking care of my elderly mother, on that note I have to say it has never been more frustrating trying to get prescriptions. I feel they are rude and don't listen. I had my mother get in line and observed how she was treated and talked to. She was already confused. It is a very outdated place the most expensive CVS in this area. No drive through and handicapped parking and just parking in general sucks. I don't recommend anyone to use this for their pharmacy.

Rude manager shut down self right in front of me just as I was about to use it. No apology whatsoever. And it was at least 2 hours before closing.

Good people, most always have what I want.

Always friendly, parking can be a challenge closer to the entrance, go farther and its easier to park..Go slow exiting as other parking lot Aldis will not yield for you..
