Very very overpriced on most items. Self checkouts used to be open in the morning and now they aren’t, so you have to hope someone is at the register at 7am to ring you up and that process is slow in itself depending on which employee you get. Most employees seem to get sloppier every time I go in except the young female worker one of which has numerous visible stains on his shirt and practically lays down on the counter to scan your items. One thing this store has going for itself overall is that it’s usually kept clean.
Never in my mind would I have thought one day I would be reviewing a pharmacy. Well, here we are. I don’t even know where to start that others haven’t said. The staff are just straight rude, they are always behind and they never have a medication. What’s worse? They won’t help you when they’re out. We went 48 hrs without antibiotics for our kids who were extremely ill. Rather than checking other locations, after two days it was up to me to find it. Thankfully I called Walgreens and a pharmacist helped. He apologize for how bad CVS had become and helped me to transfer the prescription and made it happen to get my children the medication they needed, WITHIN 20 minutes. Never again will I visit this CVS. Leadership really needs to figure out what is going on, it’s completely unacceptable.
I am astounded how young adults pharmacy workers spoke to me when I voiced a complaint. Rude. Unapologetic and Entitled. I'll order my meds online. I am calling Corporate. These young adults are unbelievable. No wonder Customer Service has gone down hill in this country
The pharmacy has gone down hill terribly. Unfortunately with my husbands insurance we have no alternative for 90 day supply meds other than CVS. Refill wait times are unacceptable , no one answers the phone, I held for 22 minutes to check the status of a script and someone picked up the phone and hung up. I understand they may be short staffed, corporate needs to step up and help!
Worst CVS on the planet I think. Either the computers are down, not enough people, or my new personal favorite, the insurance software isn't working so you can pay full price. And you will pay full price if your kids are sick. This place needs serious help.
Drive thru closed. This happens frequently. Have to go inside the store to pick up meds, and wait in line...today it was 20 ppl in line, backed all the way up to aisle 11. Yes, I counted. Its uncalled for. I timed the wait...7 minutes. Not too bad. Kudos to the workers. Associates are friendly and I honestly pity them because it's obvious that poor management is taking place here. Once I got up to the counter, there were bins all over the place and it looked messy. Every time I go here, there are lots of employees working, but they still claim they're short staffed! Seriously considering taking my business to a different pharmacy, because something is seriously wrong with this one.
Dude u guys kind of really suck today four hours to get my perscription filled and it’s only four pills Jesus dude we all have lives please get more pharmacy technicians too assist You all of it happens again I’ll find someone else to fill my prescriptions
This pharmacy is an absolute joke. The drive-through is always at least a 30 minute wait. They are out of medication's that are life-saving quite often and if you need a prescription right away, you better get ready to wait several hours before they have time to fill it. This is definitely not a pharmacy that you want to go to if you want to wait for your prescription to be filled. Oh, and if you need to talk to the pharmacist and call over the phone plan on being on, hold for quite some time. I can't believe the pharmacy that is directly across the street from the hospital works this in efficiently! Because of all of this, I have decided to take our business elsewhere and I will never return back because my type one diabetic son needs a better pharmacy!!
My Dr sent a script I called to see if it was ready an they said it was being prossed well 2 hours later I called an they said it was gonna be another 2 hours I do not like CVS an it's not our fault your understaffed but after this I'm going back to my pharmacy Phil's the best pharmacy I've ever been to
Worst pharmacy ever!! Friday we were told that the meds for our son would be available Sunday morning. We received a text to get them, get there and they aren't there, they are out of stock. They explained they would be in Monday. Call there 45 min ago...nope...didn't come on their truck today. No one has the audacity to let me know, so I can call the doctors office to get another script to another location. So now they said it "may" be in tomorrow. We have been dealing with their pure negligence for years now. This was the final straw.
