My father is an old epileptic who requires multiple prescriptions to keep his seizures, blood pressure and other conditions under control. These guys constantly fail to have his prescriptions in stock and charged his insurance for a 90 day supply and gave him a 30 day. If you have any other choice do not use this pharmacy. My mom was on the phone with Cigna and after explaining the situation to them they said they were going to investigate them. These people are probably gonna get somebody killed one of these days.
I go there 10minutes early before to take my Covid vaccine. I do the check in from my phone. They said sit down and we will call you when it’s ready. 30 min later the pharmacist calls me just to say they don’t have any first doses I chose Pfizer before scheduling my appointment. What a waste of my time.
Went to get my flu shot, and they told me my insurance will not cover CVS pharmacy... While he was calling them, I called as well, and they stated it was covered. HOW INSANE. Gave him the updated information and he still told me it wasn’t covered.. -_-…. I have gone to a CVS before, not this one, and my insurance was processed with no issues..
I went in morning time for print out some stuff and Alfred was working he was super kind helpful. and another young lady i don’t remember her name now so sorry I just want to say thank you again we need more human being like that every where.
The pharmacist, Danielle is fantastic! She always takes the time to answer any questions or concerns and always exceeds my expectations. Thank you, Danielle for all that you do!
This rating is not for the pharmacy. I realize staffing is an issue at most retail establishments but to slowly walk around with a hoodie on and not be helpful to customers is terrible customer service.
I don't understand all the negatives. I've been using them for awhile and yes they get busy and it can take tries. But they have always tried to work with me with my medicine and do it quickly as possible. Eventually a courteous person answers the pharmacy. Don't expect so much when they deal with many hundreds to thousands a day. Not a huge staff. But if we are using their services a decent level of care matters and I've gotten it.
When i called, the pharmacy staff stated my medication was ready. But when i went there, they asked me to wait half a hour. I asked them to ship to my home, because i didn’t have time to go back and forth, but they started i would need to pay for the cost of shipping. The supervisor gas no control over this pharmacy
This pharmacy is out of control I get that they are busy but their customer service sucks ! I have been waiting for my prescription for 3 days!!!!!!! Thankfully is something I can kinda wait for because if not I would’ve been dead by now. They have told me 3 times that they have it ready for pick up and when I go they don’t have it, they still have to order it like what?!!! Let’s not talk about calling them that’s another story. Definitely changing pharmacies.
I really wanted to give this pharmacy the benefit of the doubt but I should have listened to the poor reviews. I called the pharmacy last night and waited on hold for 30 minutes and eventually hung up. This morning I waited on hold for 20 minutes and decided to drive to pharmacy since no one ever came to the phone. When I arrived, I was greeted by the pharmacist who seemed annoyed that I was even there. She finally addressed me after five minutes asking if I had a prescription to pick up. I responded, “I hope so since I’ve tried calling twice.” It was clear she didn’t care about that. Only 4/5 of my prescriptions were filled because they told me that they needed to call my doctor to confirm the prescription. My doctor did not receive such notification and after reviewing my prescriptions online, it’s clear that they simply did not have it in stock. It’s a very common prescription. Now I am on hold with them trying to transfer my prescription. I’ve been on hold for 15 minutes.... These reviews should be alarming to the management team on-site and should be addressed immediately.
