They are just terrible, when in charge of fulfilling life saving medications you would think they would put forth even the slightest amount of effort, but they don't. Send your business to their competition.
My dog’s vet called in her antibiotic prescription today 3 times after waiting on hold for almost 45 minutes each time and leaving a voicemail, when I called and finally got someone to answer they just say “we haven’t gotten any calls from the vet.” Yes you have. Still nothing from cvs so I’ll use another pharmacy from now on. Thank you for delaying her treatment.
Tried to get my prescription done for over 6 hours. My doctor had some issues sending the prescriptions online so she try calling without luck. I tried calling them more than 10 times and was able to get a hold of someone only once. Went back to let them know my doc have left the instructions on a voice mail around 3pm. Around 4:30pm i went back and The closing pharmacist was really rude told me that she got it but I had to wait few hours for it. I asked her if she had the meds I needed and she told me Yes. Well, i went back to pick it up around 7:45pm to find out the pharmacist had my prescription sitting on the counter and wasn't even seen by anyone else. On top of that they told me they are out of the med I really needed and they didn't accept my insurance. People complain a lot about Walmart but as soon as my doc sent the prescription to them I got a text saying they were out of it. So I was able to "find" another pharmacy. Overall really poor customer service and they don't even care about it
They are always rude. They never answer the phone. I’m very nice and kind to customer service workers and I understand someone having a bad day, but this has been the 4th time they have been rude out if 4 visits. I have also waited on hold for 20 minutes every time I call. I have seen them look at the phone while I’m in the store and even with no customers, they continue to not answer it. Worst pharmacy and this will be the last time I use them.
After all of the negative reviews I was nervous about using the pharmacy BUT that was not the case. My husband and I had a fabulous experience with the pharmacy. They were friendly both times we’ve gone and the drive thru was fast and on the spot. Thank you.
This store and especially the pharmacy is a joke. Unprofessional, rude and not clean.
Had my prescription sent in by my dr and they decided I dont get it for a month and my prescription is clearly 2 week prescription. After sitting on hold for 25 min to then have the pharmacy tech get a attitude and hang up saying its not due yet. Well being as tho I had my last 2 week prescription filled on may 10th id say I'm in the good to have it filled again by the 25th but I didn't get the prescription sent over until June 6th so i shouldn't have had any issues getting it right then.. instead she was making me wait until June 10 bc she didn't want to look and do her job.They stereotype the patients here so horribly. Called back today and spoke w someone else and they said clearly I should have had no issues getting it that the lady must have just assumed. Her assumption is keeping people from getting their meds when needed. Needless to say I will have my meds in the hour. This is aggravating and shouldn't b happening ever.
Absolutely horrible service. The level of incompetence within the pharmacy department is astounding. It’s amazing they don’t kill people every day here. Do not ever trust this pharmacy for meds. They have no idea what they are doing. They will cancel your existing prescription without ANY communication regarding it. You only find out when you can no longer get urgent medication.
We had canvas photo made here 4 days ago. It fell off the wall and I brought back to the store. The store was very slow, when I walked up to the photo section, the employee was eating lunch and I'm very sure he aknowleged that I was there. But he continue to eat and playing with his phone like I wasn't there. I finally called him about 5 min later and explained about the canvas. He was on the computer seems like he was downloading our picture. He could tell me how long it would take but he didn't, like I wasn't there. Finally when I asked, he said it would take about an hour or so. What a customer service!!!!
