CVS

Used to be a good pharmacy. As of the last several months they never have my prescriptions in stock and don't seem to know how to order it. After waiting for weeks multiple times, I've finally given up and switched to a different CVS that doesn't have these issues.

First of, there isnt an option not to put a star. We dont pick up our usual prescription in this branch, but my husbands meds were not available at our usual CVS. We first came here last Sunday June 25th the website says its Open 12 -5pm and theyre Closed. A lot of people were waiting thinking it was jst "on a lunch break" but after 40 minutes we figured they will not open. No notice posted and even the Target employees doesnt know anything. We came back the next day, mind you theres no one else in line. The Pharmacist was on the phone. The Pharmacy Tech was filing prescriptions. At least one of them couldve acknowledged Me or say they will be right with me or something..I stood there in "line" for a good 20mins. The Tech Marina is so not friendly and seems to be annoyed that im there "picking up". I felt like I was bothering them. They should know that patients or customers are the reason why theyre working or have a job. Bettee customers service training is needed in this branch. Im so disappointed.
