Went in this morning to find some baby items my wife sent me out for.  Could not find them,  There were no employees to help me find them, I imagine the things I needed were in the mountain of plastic totes in the middle of the floor.  I went to publix and found exactly what I was looking for, The staff took me right to the well stocked shelfs and I was out of there in 10 minutes.   CVS Needs to get it together.

I have switched to CVS on Davis and Olive after many years of using a different pharmacy.  The pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, CSR staff are ALL professional, and treat their account holders/customers with respect. This even translates to phone calls as well! I would recommend this pharmacy over all others in Pensacola.

My wife and I came to drop off prescriptions, we were 2nd in line and 1st at the drop off counter.  They were understaffed but continued to assist pick up customers as we continued waiting and waiting...horrible experience, no since of urgency or movement with purpose...well, that's hourly employees for you.

Quick, friendly, and efficient. Used the drive thru was done before the light switch again at university. Completely different from the same store CVS across town. I guess it really do matter what side of town your own on how you get treated.

Nurse Veronica Jett at the cvs minute clinic refused to pre authorize my esomprazole prescription.............LAZY NURSE!!!!! My next minute clinic visit was with a Doctor and he was happy to pre authorize it for me.....This nurse should be wiping baby bottoms not prescribing medication!

One of the nurses I believe her name is synthia was very rude totally uncalled for worth ethnic , would not recommend going too .

Store employees are always helpful and Johnny on the spot the store is clean as always and I especially enjoy the self-checkout

Rarely ever a line to check out. Staff is nice abd helpful,  store is organized and clean. Shelves are well stocked on most everything m. Atm has worked every time I've needed it. Convenient location, easy to pull into/  out of on an otherwise nightmare intersection Overall one of the m8ver cvs stores in the area.

This is only for the pharmacy department. Whoever the lady is with the attitude that worked 01/13/2022 at 10am this morning.  Please do better!! The rudeness that you give is uncalled for. When I ask a simple question due to the email that was sent for rapid testing made no sense and you cut me off.. DO BETTER. Clearly you hate your job or you simply don't know how to talk to people. People are sick, times are hard and I clearly didn't need all that from you.

Terrible experience with “Pamela” the nurse practitioner at the “minute clinic”. Had an appointment and have already received a negative covid result. She told me that she didn’t feel comfortable and asked for me to go and get another. This isn’t what upset me. I asked to speak to management and for her name. She proceeds to tell me the number but not her name. I asked and she states “They will know who it is, I am the only one working here”. I tell her that isn’t acceptable and who is she/what’s her position? She only tells me her first name and that she was a nurse practitioner. Bad experience and definitely will not return
