I unfortunately have lost my health insurance for the last two years and after the third increase in the last two months I decided to look around elsewhere for prescription cost to my amazement. I am saving $440 on one prescription alone. Thanks to good old price chopper, just because the people are good and CVS doesn’t mean the prices are I will not be back.
Excellent pharmacy. Extremely miserable store staff. Hardly a greeting at all and when you need help prepare for being treated like you are an illiterate child. I hate picking up items here unless from the pharmacy. It is truly amazing how the two parts of this location are diametric opposite experiences for the customer. It's worth driving, even WALKING, any distance to any other store if you need an item the grocery store is out of.
I don't think their Hallmark rep would be thrilled to know that they often block the cards and gift wrap in the back corner with their product crates. I go somewhere else if I need a gift bag or wrapping paper...
I had a great experience and I wanted to say thank you! I called to make sure the photo scanner was a rapid scanner, and the printers were running. The manager was the one who answered the phone and he was super polite! I think his name was Alex! I arrived and was super discouraged when I thought it was frozen... and the super nice cashier came over and explained I needed to use the mouse. Oops! Thanks! All their equipment was up and running. The manager came over and had a quick chat! Thank you for a super experience, it was a terribly, long day with some bad experiences at other locations. I appreciated your kindness and patience. Keep up the great work I know were all getting tired.
The manager, Amy. She needs a new line of work cause her attitude is awful. Yall shouldn't be a UPS access point if your gonna give people attitudes when picking up or asking about packages. Literally pulling all my scripts from there as we speak.
I come here for all of my prescriptions. I am always greeted by the most kind and helpful staff. Today, I had an issue with my script not going through after a telehealth visit. We got everything sorted out and not two minutes later, the pharmacist I had spoken to earlier called me to let me know my script was ready. I get automatic texts about scripts, so this was a very kind gesture. I'm thankful for their staff and their hard work during the pandemic.
Wrote a review about terrible service and how I have problems with this pharmacy having some of my meds in stock every month. Someone from The store answered via this site through a reply on my comment, and asked that I call the store to discuss this so that they can correct the matter. I have tried multiple times to contact someone to discuss this matter and all attempts were unsuccessful. I am DONE! DONE! DONE!! I will be periodically refilling my Scripts when new scripts are needed at another pharmacy NOT AT A CVS!.
Pharmacy closes for lunch during my lunch. So I go out of my way to go when I can but they’re not available. Seems easier to get home delivery. Why do we need to go to the pharmacy?
Took me under their wing & transferred al prescriptions to this location. I am highly satisfied one of the nicest, most professional pharmacy I’ve been too. It is a little busy but they are all always running around making sure our prescriptions are filled. Thank you again everybody here for helping me. Glad to be at this new location! :
I have used CVS at another location in the past. However, this location has terrible customer service. Needed to transfer 2 prescriptions. I was told I would need a new written prescription on one it had 3 refills left and the other was not available in their system. Staff is either not trained or just couldn’t be bothered. Walked across the street to another pharmacy that will transfer the prescriptions and notify me when ready.
