Absolutely HORRIBLE , if I could give them 0 stars I would , never have any medication in stock and if they do takes forever to fill it , I don’t know who’s over this disgusting pharmacy but they need serious help and guidance , I will NEVER use them again , always a nightmare !!!!! Happened multiple times not just once .
This is the slowest pharmacy ever! Why am I still here at this drive-thru window after waiting 25 minutes so far. Never again will I waste precious time trying to pick up a prescription at CVS!
Keep having problem's with my prescriptions getting filled on time. They may be three and four tier narcotics that I'm autumn immune and in horrible pain My doctor prescribes them to . This shouldn't be an issue or a problem. I had switched to Britain's as I was told to by Cigna and was charged double because they made a mistake had to go back to CVS. This other pharmacy filled them on time without a problem and called me to come pick them up. So I don't understand why CVS can't have my prescriptions filled and on time always saying it's too soon for them to be filled. Your meds can they filled 4 days before due date that is a fact even on narcotics. So there's no excuse I am polite I am nice I never give them a problem so I don't know why there's any issues and I'm always very forgiving I pray that there's no more problems with this store I really don't want to have to go to Fayetteville but if I do I do That's such a long drive but I may have to I will give another chance as I I do most people they're all human people make mistake
This store is unorganized, poorly stocked and appears filthy. The first thing you notice is the carpet. It needed replacing years ago. This gives the whole store a dirty look. Remove the carpet and use the concrete underneath. Stock is terrible including common medications. Over the counter items are almost non existent. Why have buy 1 get 2nd free or 50% off when you only have 1 on the shelves. Someone needs to at least pick up items that have fallen or been knocked on the floor! The pharmacy is a total disorganized mess. It seems everyone is trying to act busy so they don't have to help customers. I understand pharmacies are extremely busy however a little guidance and management could help.
I like the wide selection of things you can buy in the store itself. I can't say much about the pharmacy. Understaffed, getting a human to answer the phone can take 8-10 minutes. There's only one person to wait on customers and only one pharmacist on duty most of the time. However, the people who do work in the pharmacy are very nice and they work their tails off which explains that this pharmacy has quite a bit of turnover.
This CVS is the most disorganized pharmacy I’ve ever stepped foot in. They lost my information and my roommate’s. I called twice about a prescription at one point and then went in to wait on it after several days. They said that they would fill it immediately. After waiting for over 30 minutes, I asked about the prescription and they had forgotten to fill it while I was standing there waiting. My roommate called three times over her medicine. They never filled it, lost her information, and at one point, hung up on her.
They will rarely answer the phone and when they do it takes FOREVER, i was on hold for a whole hour. So unprofessional. On top of that they didn't even have the common prescriptions I needed for my severe bronchitis, said they had to order them, had to wait and suffer two whole days, and they were very very rude. Took my son to the doctor a couple of days later and he was prescribed hydroxyzine, what do ya know they didn't have that either. This place needs to be shut down or they need better employees. You'd think people who go to school to work in a pharmacy would actually care about their customers considering people's lives are in their hands. These people surely dont care AT ALL. Had my prescriptions transferred to Walmart neighborhood market on Elizabeth town road and received great service, didn't have to sit on hold for any amount of time when I called, and they were so professional, nice, and helpful.
My girlfriend and roommate have both had to wait WEEKS for their prescriptions multiple times. If you call to try to figure out what's going on, they simply hang up the phone when they inevitably don't know why your prescription wasn't filled for the third time. Absolutely ridiculous. Please do not fill your prescription here. I never fill these things out but the level of incompetency was so egregious I felt it my ethical duty.
I have always used cvs regardless of the high prices because they are usually super convenient and easy to deal with. However, this one of Fayetteville rd had to be the worst pharmacy ever. I’ve had issues with them every single time I want to get something filled and it takes way too long. The staff are almost always complaining about having to do their jobs. They complain in front of customers when the phone is ringing and they complain that it’s too busy. Even when they aren’t busy they take forever. Im switching to a different pharmacy. I’ll be one less person to keep them busy.
This pharmacy is horrible. We have always used CVS because they are convenient and typically pretty friendly. HOWEVER, I have had multiple issues with this location and STRONGLY urge you to use Walgreens or Wal Mart instead of this CVS. The only way to talk to a pharmacist is to physically go into the store because they completely ignore phones. I have tried calling for over 24 hours and have only had someone answer the phone in the pharmacy once, and ONLY because I was able to get someone at the front desk to walk back to the pharmacy and ask them to answer. Keep in mind this is after 3 sessions of being on hold for over 25 minutes. The staff in the pharmacy is extremely lazy. All I wanted was a prescription transferred and even after talking to three pharmacist no one would do it. The last woman I spoke to gave me a ton of attitude, tried to talk over me, and then had the audacity to tell me that I needed the pharmacy I was trying to have my prescription transferred to to call her, which they had been trying to do ALL day and finally had someone answer and then they were put on hold for 30 minutes and then hung up on. Lazy, lazy, lazy. Horrible pharmacy employees who have no life or work ethic. Such a joke and CVS won’t even do anything about it. * and if you don’t believe me, please call them yourself. I guarantee you $5 they will not answer.
