Such an unpleasant staff… there are two techs that are always there and they’re constantly miserable and act annoyed that you’re there. When you or your kids are feeling unwell and just want to get your medicine to feel better, they look at you with a “what do you want” attitude. The gentleman named Bob yesterday actually rolled his eyes to me when I needed a moment to pull my insurance information up. There’s always a long line of people or cars at the drive through because they’re slow. don’t bother trying to actually call and get through to anyone. You’ll be on hold for a minimum of 30 minutes. Yesterday was the final straw and I had my prescriptions moved to Walgreens down the road. Much more pleasant experience.
Wonderful experience today at both Minute Clinic and Pharmacy!! Got my 6 year old in we were out of state for an ear infection. She was in so much pain and they were very attentive/listened to concerns and prescription was ready quickly despite the pharmacists being very busy.
Is there an option for less than one star? The general staff inside the store are great, but anything with the pharmacy or especially the drive through is a problem. The drive through is a mess, long wait times, poor communication and no manors. Today I waited along time to get service, I then gave my credit card to pay and received a bag back with my prescription, I assumed my card and receipt would be forthcoming... when I finally hit the button to get my credit card, the simple response was I should have checked the bag it was in the bag. When I asked the ladies name so I could provide some feedback to senior staff... she simply stated she didn't need to provide that information. The staff is just generally rude and slow to respond. There have been multiple times when I get a text that a prescription is ready only to arrive and wait a 1/2 hour while they fill it. There are so many fantastic stores in this area, with incredible staff... this is not one of them. Taking business elsewhere until staffing changes are made here.
I can see why they have a 2.1 stare review. I walked in to get my insulin and the girl behind the counter was very rude an had an attitude. You should be glad and have a good attitude at your customer. I didn’t get my insulin and now driving way out of my way to go somewhere else.
Worst most in-helpful, deceiving pharmacy I’ve ever experienced. Would give 0 if I could. Told me my prescription would be ready in 15 minutes, go back and say they’re out of stock…… with no idea of when they would have stock.
If I could give a zero star I would. There are so many CVS pharmacies around PLEASE for your sanity use a different one. The pharmacist Jessica is awful, rude and has no idea what she is doing!! She ran out of the medication we needed and after 45 minutes on hold she was supposed to release it for another CVS to fill. I guess she forgot, didn’t release it. We attempted to call back but was on hold for another 45 minutes. We had to drive to Sawgrass for them to release it to then drive to the other CVS to get it!!!
Pleasantly surprised with the less one hour turn around time to receive a prescription from call in to pick on a Saturday and close to closing time! Exceptional customer service from both the pharmacist and pharmacy tech-I’ll be back!
The worst clinic I’ve ever dealt with. Rude staff. No appointments. Randomly closed. Cancels my apt. I’ve never once had success in getting into this simple minute clinic. Awful. avoid this place like the plague
The minute clinic clinic staff was awesome and took time to hear my concerns and was very patient with me. The sales associate at the end also help me take advantage of my CBS discount
This CVS Pharmacy is the worst of all the pharmacies I've used over the years. If you have a simple prescription you may be okay but if anything is different about your prescription or if they have to call your insurance or doctor - forget about it. They are reluctant to help you with anything out of the ordinary and won't call you back.
