I have had nothing but troubles with their pharmacy. 1. When I told them that my insurance said 3 months worth, they are not doing 3 months worth than the other day, I waited for a certain medication we. I waited they said they were going to get it done on a certain day. They gave me the wrong one and got it filled days later after I said I couldn’t go to my house because room mate has covid, can’t go home and I need the med.
Last night I was shopping in this specific CVS for some cold medicine. While shopping, someone went on the intercom and made a nasty comment about how they didn’t understand why no one was saying anything. The comment did not make too much sense but it was clear that it was intended to be a threat. I overhead customers ask employees in the pharmacy what that message over the intercom meant and if it was intended for them. The employees said they did not know and were confused by it. I went upfront to get checked out and the employees upfront were discussing how confused they were by the comment. When asked, they said it was their manager who had made the comment over the intercom. I was horrified for those workers. Making nasty comments that sound like threats over the intercom is beyond unprofessional and inappropriate. Knowing this came from a manager makes it that much worse. If that is how those employees are being treated in public I can only imagine how they are treated in private. At no point during my time last night was I met with any rude employees. The employees in the pharmacy were helping people with their medications and making sure things were getting done efficiently. The workers up front were very kind, efficient and knowledgable about the store. It is appalling to know that management acts that way. For the safety of those employees, this location should be investigated and management should be fired. For people looking to shop here, do not bother going to this location. The employees are incredible but no one should have to suffer under those conditions while at work. Under no circumstances should management be making threats over intercoms.
Unprofessional chunky blonde girl at the pharmacy. I let her know I had to update my health insurance & she acted as if I didn’t want to do pay for my medications and had a huge attitude problem. Then proceeded to tell me to look for an OTC in the wrong place. Extremely unhelpful & only treated people that looked like her white nicely. Will be switching pharmacies where staff are better trained.
The worst experience ever! My prescription plan changed from Walmart to CVS and I have had NOTHING but problems. They refill scrips when you don't want them. When you specify do not refill automatically, several times, they still do. Tell you a script is ready and it isn't. I spent 1 hour in 2 days trying to get a Covid booster, called the Revere location direction, they gave me a number that just dumped me into the same system that I spent 1/2 hour two times. I tried online it wouldn't bring up the Revere location. I went onto the Walmart site and had an appointment within 10 minutes. Unfortunately it isn't just this store my friend uses another and has had the same horror. PLUS the phone number on the internet is wrong!
they closed 1 hour and 30 minutes early even though they have the hours of business posted in the front door, Also they have the time wrong in google which make people waste they time by traveling here thinking this places closes at 11pm
Very expensive not cheap but they alot of coupons and 20%off healthy things but it can't be on sale and you have to pay for it 5.00 a month.
I get Text messages saying I have extra bucks of $4.00 to $10.00 but when I add them to my card they don't show up at the cash register when I purchase any item, what am I doing wrong
Accidentally clicked “no receipt” on the kiosk have never seen this question on a kiosk before and I asked if I could actually have my receipt. Employee called the manager who was a blond woman and she rolled her eyes at me and harshly told me “you WON’T be able to get your coupons printed, there’s no point.” When I told her that’s not why I wanted a receipt she was very huffy about getting it for me, which took about an extra 4 minutes out of her day. Jesus Christ, find a different job lady.
Worse pharmacy ever. Leave you ok hold for more than half hour without picking up phone every time I call. Nasty attitudes from tech. Prescription filled wrong and never corrected in the system and to boot they keep on auto fill prescriptions when I get them filled from a mail order company screwing up my back account and then my parents prescriptions. If this continues I will have to go up the ladder until it’s resolved because it’s starting to get out of control. I suggest you teach your pharmacy staff how to talk to customers on hold nicely and how to not fill unauthorized prescriptions. If I was able to I would of given zero stars.
They like to close earlier than their posted hours and i don’t mean ten minutes. I went there at 10:30 pm when they should close at 11. I worked late and needed something, I was very disappointed especially when you think you have time to get what you need after working all day
