If only I could rate 0 stars. Pharmacy has the worst customer service. Absolutely ridiculous wait times and due solely to sheer incompetence. Medication for my friend’s sick dog was called in 24 hrs ago. Go to pick up, got told they still need to create a profile for the pet but are going to lunch in 5 min so I’d need to come back. I ask if they need her name, dob, contact info etc so they can put it in real quick. I’m told no and I can pick up the prescription between 2-5pm. I say cool I’ll be back at 2pm. I give them an extra hour to be safe and come back at 3pm. They let me wait in line for 10 minutes despite seeing me, only once I get to the counter am I told to go to the drop off line because they need the dog’s info to make a profile for her. Also then make me wait another 5-10 min over there bc they first help everyone else in line that was behind me. Finally get her profile made which took about 2-3 min and definitely could’ve been done before lunch, only to inform me they don’t have enough of the med in stock to fill it completely. So now I need to go back in 3 days to pick up the rest of it. They had the rx info beforehand, so I’m not sure why this stock shortage wasn’t communicated immediately instead of over a day later. Pharmacies love to blame the doctor calling in the rx, but I know they had all the info they needed for both a profile and the rx because I literally work at the vet office that called it in. I was listening to the entire phone call when the doctor ordered the rx over 24 hrs ago. All the info they asked me for had already been relayed yesterday mid afternoon. On top of everything I get told good rx coupon doesn’t work on pets, after telling me the price with good rx applied. Such a claim is wild to me because my animal hospital’s clients successfully use good rx coupons on their pets all the time, including myself at the 24 hr actually decent cvs near where I live. I obviously understand filling medications takes time since that’s part of my own job, but this experience was just insane and a complete waste of 2 HOURS total of my time to essentially get nowhere. I chose this pharmacy for my friend that just moved here bc it’s 3 min from her new house, but despite that convenience in vicinity, filling it literally anywhere else in southern NH would’ve been quicker. Beyond horrible and we’ll never rely on this pharmacy ever again. No one else should either!!
I go to this CVS about once a month and about 50% of my visits end with me leaving without my meds. Yours truly, Withdrawal symptoms are very uncomfortable and dangerous.
Very convenient CVS store. Has a drive through pharmacy and ample parking. It has an ATM on site and manned and unmanned checkout linea. It is great to grab convenience items without having to stop by a supermarket.
Poor Customer service. * I'm tryin to get ahold of a Pharmacist. There Automatic call system. Keeps Hanging Up on me. After auto system Transfer my call. I found out it's a Pharmacy Associate Person. Hang up on me. I showed up at the Store in person. I Saw them. Hang up on Customer's. I'm so irritated right now. * I seriously need to give a important Message to a Pharmacist. About my prescription. I did called my doctor. They were to called in the Emergency insulin Pen in for me. On a Friday. Not month supply yet. Well CVS pharmacy did Not get my messages. So Everything for my prescription. From Doctor and CVS got Messed Up Again. I went all Weekend With Out my insulin medicine. From CVS. As a type 1 insulin dependent diabetic. Insulin is very important. I'm very disappointed. Dissatisfied with this CVS phone call Automated System here." Pharmacy Hangs up on You". This seriously needs to be addressed. This Will cost some ones Life + Health Situation some day again. Sad but true. They need more help here. CVS Please Fix this issue.
This pharmacy has really bad customer service. I spent over an hour waiting for someone to answer the phone. When it didn't go through at that point, I called back and pretended to be a provider and got through. The woman said they were not answering customer calls at that time. That is unacceptable for a pharmacy to not answer customer calls. Hire more staff. I am planning on changing my prescription over to the Merrimack Rite Aid where I have had much better experiences.
I never leave reviews for places but I felt the need to leave a review. If you need medication of any kind avoid this place like the plague. I don't know what has happened to this place in the last three months but it has just been an awful experience for me. I have been on hold for hours on end for them to just hang up on me. I am a person who needs to call the pharmacy to full there prescription and I can not reach them ever period. If you need a pharmacy DO NOT go to this one. You WILL receive the worest customer service of your lifetime.
Horrible customer service. Pharmacy hold time 45 minutes. Closed their drive-thru - I had covid - what am I supposed to do - go in the store and infect everyone in the store? Then when we are finally ready to pay for my prescription - oops, sorry we don't accept your insurance Well Sense - NH Medicaid, but if you go to Riteaid, Osco, Walgreens, they do, so basically CVS is the only one that does not. Sounds like big time mgmt problems at CVS to me - go anywhere else!
They never have my prescription on time even when they say they have it filled and there’ve been multiple I’ve had to go back several times to get ONE prescription. The pharmacists don’t care at all and the manager follows you around and hovers over you when you’re at self-checkout. This CVS is the absolute worst and I would NEVER recommend it to someone!
One star is to generous for this pharmacy. I seriously question their compatancy to fill prescriptions. My last three visits I was given wrong prescriptions. I think the state needs to pay them a visit with the board of pharmacy. Something is really wrong here. The wait is also ridiculous it takes on average a wait time of an hour to just drop off a prescription. I had a prescription called by my doctor yesterday at three pm that she wanted me to start same day it's now 26 hours later and my prescription is still not ready! This store needs to be shut down for safety reasons. On top of horrible customer service their phone system is horrible too. Stalker dials you everyday even if you unsubscribe and if you go to the pharmacy for help they laugh at you
CVS is a rip off. My insurance agent told me I am being over charged on my med D insurance. For example my methotrexate should on cost me $35 a month and they charge $48 a month. There are a lot of other things I take that they over charge for. They also miss label things and then try to explain it away. I can never get safety needles even though my insurance covers it. They give me cheap needles that come off in my leg. I will never shop there again and you should be careful too.
