Great Julie @ Nick are the best they know who I am, and Always has my order ready for me I really enjoy when I have a ? They have a answer for me , thanks for letting me tell you about my experience at CVS
If I could give zero stars I would. My 8 month old has influenza, the prescription was sent to the IGH CVS in Target and I was told to give them 30 minutes. We waited, went there, waited another 25 minutes to even talk to the pharmacist, was told it would take them another 30 minutes to fill the order. So we walked around; daughter fever and miserable. Came back after the 30 and was told they, “Would not fill the order because the dosage was wrong”. I had the dr recheck the order, it was correct, and they tried calling the pharmacy for 2 HOURS and the nurse never got a hold of anyone.
I called and waited over 11 min. just to speak to ask a question of whether or not they carry or could order a medication and kept on ignoring my question again and again and kept on saying "I need to talk to your doctor before I can tell you." I just need to confirm it so that I can let the doctor know to send the prescription there. Called Wal-Mart Pharmacy waited for less than a min. asked if they carry or can order the med and said yes. Simple and as easy as that. Way better than having that rude pharmacist at Target who could've just said "No we don't" or "Yes we do"
Always have issues filling medications. Anytime we need a prescription filled they need to call to “confirm” something with the doctor, call us to confirm what time we want it picked up, and get an attitude if your timeframe is within an hour or two. Furthermore, the prescriptions are never ready by the time you request anyways. The other day I was there with a paper prescription and they said insurance wouldn’t cover it, then I went to Walgreens with the same prescription and it was completely covered. Definitely going to Walgreens from now on.
Called to have a prescription refilled. Gave him Info he asked for. Said they had no record of ever filling a prescription for anyone with the name, birthdate or phone number I gave him. Repeated the information and had him read it back to me. "Nope seeing anything" asked him why they charged my credit card $108. For 3 scripts with that name, phone number, and b.d the night before? Said, "that's a good question." Am going to dispute the charge with my credit card co. Where does the money go when credit co Pays CVS if I didn't buy anything there? Think it's time for a state pharmacy board investigation of this store.
I have multiple chronic illnesses and therefore many meds. The staff at this pharmacy have always been phenomenal! Always friendly and helpful!
Down rating a pharmacy for not having a prescription on hand seems dumb to me. There are thousands of drugs and to expect them to have each one in the quantity you want is unreasonable. On the things that you should rate a pharmacy for; accuracy, communication, customer service, etc. this pharmacy earns 5 stars.
This pharmacy billed my insurance for a flu shot without my knowledge, without my consent, and without me even being in the store. The pharmacist claimed that she called me first, which is completely false. Dishonest pharmacists and fraudulent billing practices.
Three different times they have not had out prescription on hand. Had to be ordered. They called the house but that doesn't do any good if you aren't home. Thinking about changing pharmacies.
They always greet you and are more than happy to help. The pharmacist always guides you in the right direction, and is super helpful when it comes to my pharmaceutical needs. Great place, love it!
