New pharmacist is a trash. More worried about her time, Then making 60 second phone call to help you get your medication. She in the wrong profession if you’re not willing to help patients get their meds. The Last pharmacist was the best! We be missed. This new one

workers are extremely rude. i was being helped at the window by daniela and she had walked away after getting my info and came back with another girl. stephanie, who had an attitude, told me to tell my mom, who i was picking up medication for because she’s in so much pain she can’t even leave the house, to not expedite her medication because “they lose points on their end”. after she said that she walked away and daniela had an obvious smirk on her face after stephanie had left. completely unprofessional and rude in my opinion.

Is this place even open anymore? I Drove by this place on last Friday night before 9pm and this CVS was closed. So I went to Walgreens cross the street, and they got my business that night. I’m going to Walgreens for now on.

DRIVE THRU PHARMACY HOURS - Google Business page said Pharmacy Open at 9am. The Pharm Tech at the Drive Thru window says 9:30am.  To help eliminate confusion, I'd suggest posting these modified hours on the window and changing the Google Business Page for this location. Update 4/29/22 - Upped my review 1 star because the Pharm Tech is efficient. As long as you're ready with your info.

My mom went and took my sister for some passport photos and this girl named Natalie decided to treat my mom in a meaningful way such as having an aggressive attitude when she did not do anything to her. Maybe she had a bad day but her customer service skills are terrible. The manager needs to have a word with her. Plus, the passport photo she took was not good because the top of my sisters head was chopped off. Went the next day to talk with the manager named Jessica and she helped and retook the picture to remedy what her work did to my mom at no additional cost. She knew the picture she took was wrong. I know that Natalie took the picture badly on purpose because she has to know that the passport people are very strict with pictures and having a top piece chopped off would consider the picture invalid. Honestly, If you are thinking of taking your passport photos here just make sure it's not Natalie who takes them or just don't do business with them. If it is just leave and go to Walgreens. If you care about being treated good, being helped by Natalie is not a good choice.  My recommendation.

Been with cvs for several years and have put up with their horrible unprofessional customer service! Before Covid hit, the staff was exactly the same, extremely Rude! There are two women that are especially rude with attitude! My family and I have had enough, we can no longer stay with cvs. I spoke with store mgr and with pharmacist Michelle to no avail! No one cared that the staff is horrible with customers. I understand having a bad day but bad year after year!? My neighbors warned me to move to another pharmacy but I hesitated.  I can only surmise that these women feel comfortable speaking to customers any way they please with no consequences!? How did they get this job??  If you ever need a prescription..Do Not Go To CVS Patterson!!

Go somewhere else for your Flu Shot, I had made an appointment for my flue shot and once I arrived I was told tom come back in one hour because Pharmacist was going to to take her lunch. Why make an appointment? I informed them I had made an appointment and all I got was Well. you can come back in one hour" No apologies, nothing. Bad service. I will give them a negative start if I could

I was told my girl’s prescriptions would be ready at 7pm. When I arrived at 7:15pm, it still wasn’t ready. They then said it would be another 15 min, which was incorrect again. Prescriptions weren’t filled till 8:30pm. I used to love this CVS pharmacy.  Something changed about 6 months or so ago.  Short staffed? New management?  Every time I try to go here now the wait is way too long. Trying to keep sick toddlers from tearing apart their store while waiting for their medicine for an hour was way too much.  I’m going to ask our insurance if Walmart is an approved place to go for medicine.  Tired of being understanding of this CVS pharmacy.

Slowest CVS drive thru EVER!!  Been sitting in line 15 minutes!!! Never been to a CVs sooooooo slow Fresno CVS... 1-2 minutes max!!
