Yes went to CVC CVS to get her prescriptions and boy let me tell you while I was walking around waiting for my prescription I had to grab a potato chip bag of potato chips even grabbed an almond Joy I tell you the wait 15 minutes but I tell you they told me to be 15 minutes it was surely
It was very easy to switch my prescription from one pharmacy to them
My father has been trying to pick up his medicine for 3 weeks now, for freestyle libre sensors. He already had a scanner and a sensor that was included from his own doctor. The first week he went to go pick up the sensor and they had only ordered the reader and said that the second week the sensors will be ready. The second week they had ordered the reader again and no sensors and they told us to wait until the next week. So we did today is the third week now and they had ordered the reader again, however 2 hours later on the drive-thru they said they finally had one and gave it to him. I like this pharmacy but I’d advise others to ask the pharmacy on what they are going to refill on prescriptions because they might refill the wrong prescriptions.
My experience with CVS has been exceptional. No problem.
Seriously they keep you on the phone for a long time hoping that you just hang up… I’m on bed rest not able to go myself in person at the moment so unfortunately I’m forced to call here…it’s so sad to be sick on bed rest and depend on this people:
It sometime takes forever to get a prescription refilled. The staff have always been friendly and helpful. I think they just need to add a person or two.
Pharmacist could of approached a different approach from the very beginning of my initial question. His respond was ride and shut me down immediately after I explained to him that another cvs told me I could update my vaccine card at any cvs and I had documents to prove..
It was cool in there nice and good CVS was super nice and the girl was super nice and sweet
When possible, I will change my pharmacy. You call and hold on the phone for almose an hour. They tell you they have what they need, you call to check on the status, they say they haven't heard from the doctor. You call the doctor, the doctor says I sent it in 2 days ago...it's ridiculous. I have used them for years but I will get a new pharmacist as quickly as possible. I rated it one star because I didn't see anything less.
I've been coming here for over 10 years, when Jack was the main pharmacist. I like the employees, they have always been polite to me. There's been a lot of mics up from time to time. But overall cvs is pretty good
