TL;DR: NOT 24-hour. All over it says 24-hours. Called and nobody picked up, “Maybe they’re busy since they are the only one open right now.” Thought maybe that the reviews were a one off as I was desperate to get my kiddo some medicine….unfortunately they weren’t. I’m not surprised they’re closed since it seems to be part of the culture here; however, when you advertise 24-hour, I thinks it’s prudent to either change that if you’re no longer 24-hour, or actually be open.
Because the recorded system was not working properly I had to call several times. When I finally got a person, the gentleman had an attitude problem. I told him the phone was messed up he said he had no control over that. No kidding. I acknowledge he had no control over the phone, just giving him a heads up. He put me on hold for several minutes. When he came back he asked me to read the numbers on my VA ID card. When I told him it was my social he said I needed to bring it in so he could see it in order to make the appointment. Really? It was a terrible experience and the kid was almost surly. I will be letting the VA know about teaming up with CVS and what a mistake that was. Thanks CVS for helping this veteran, NOT.
OMG!!! The pharmacy! We waited in line for 45 min. Then the technician wanted to tell my husband to back off!? All he told her was how we had waited in line, and then again 30 min at the window. I had an appointment for 11 to be covid tested. They did not have a line inside. I canceled because I have to be back at home to go to work. There were 4 employees that I could see. The manager needs to do something with their pharmacy staff!
If you're at the drive thru, and they ask you to circle around to get other customers behind you.. DON'T DO IT! stay in line or go inside and wait on your meds. We got asked to loop around so they could help 2 cars behind us and they would be filling our prescription out in the mean time, now we didn't mind since it wasn't pain meds or that sort of urgent medicine, but we looped around as they asked and we noticed the car in front of us left fairly quickly. When we pulled up the tech played the audio that the pharmacy was closed for lunch. If that was the case why not just give people a heads up and let them know that they can't fulfill the order until after lunch? We would of been fine with that, but instead they want to be disrespectful and make you waste your time and gas waiting for prescriptions that aren't being filled. Just for that, I hope your lunch was gross and hopefully you get the runs. Liars.
The customer service for the Pharmacy was terrible. I was from out of town and in need of medications. The Pharmacy failed to complete my orders in a timely fashion and I was without maintenance medication for several days, all at the fault of of this CVS and the team that work there. I highly recommend going somewhere else!
Definitely not 24 hour. Just went to get my medication that I need, it was closed. Thankfully those aren't life saving, just a inconvenience to not have. But imagine someone who needs it goes, but it is closed. False advertisement at it's finest. Please go back to 24 hour in order to fix this.
Cvs is not paying their pharmacists in Rogers, AR. Imagine that you worked a whole week 16-17 hours per day 6 days in a row because you are working your hours and covering for a sick colleague and not getting paid for any of those hours. Pharmacists have bills to pay monthly too. It seems as though CVs is not caring about the long hours that their pharmacists put in. One of the pharmacist have not taken a vacation for 3 years because of being overworked and lack of pharmacist staffing. CVs please treat your employees well if you want them to stay and make you prosper.
My boyfriend and I came to pick up an order for Uber delivery and we were told they were 24 hours. We just had to grab a bottle of Tylenol and walked up to the doors and the ladies working there refused to let us in saying it was closed. All over the building and website it is advertised as 24 hours. Even on the Uber app, you could still order from them. Even called but no one picked up. We went out of our way to complete this delivery for someone who really needed medicine and we couldn't due to their false advertising.
Everywhere corporate website, Google, when you call the store and ask for hours, when you call the corporate hotline and ask for the nearest 24/7 store says that this store is open 24/7. It even has a big 24 HOURS sign on the building. It's definitely not open 24/7. 1 star for poor customer service by having all the hours anywhere a customer look be inaccurate. It's 2022... Can't blame this on covid anymore.
I hate to even give this Pharmacy one star. They can never run the rx's correctly. I have Medicare and they couldn't even run a covid test through correctly and I had to pay out of pocket. I was then told if my Dr would send in a rx for the test they would refund my money. Then when I returned after calling my Dr and having him send in a rx they told me they wouldn't refund my money. I told them I wanted to switch pharmacies and they said "Yay". They never try to make their mistakes right. I wouldn't refer them to my enemies. P.S I was called by the pharmacy about 3 days after leaving this review and told that I can no longer get my prescriptions filled at this Pharmacy. She said it was because of my behavior and the fact that I left a bad review after being lied to. So be careful with what you write as a review!!
