Been coming here for a long time, and want to express my appreciation for the whole pharmacy team! I know their jobs aren’t easy and have witnessed many a customer take their frustration with doctors/insurance companies out on the staff, but they are always so patient and friendly and efficient. It really does make a difference to know that I can count on seeing smiling faces when I stop in!
Always a great experience shopping at my local Dover, NH CVS. The store is always clean and well stocked. Associates always have a ready smile. And the coupons and extra bucks are so fun to use and to watch the total cost keep dropping.
I switched my pharmacy from Walgreens to CVS and couldn't have made a better choice! I'm so relieved that now when I go to pick up my prescriptions that they CALLED AND SAID WERE READY WILL BE READY! And no more waiting DAYS for prescriptions to be refilled that I've had refilled for YEARS. Walgreens just majorly EATS BUTT big time
System frequently goes out preventing the staff from being able to dispense medications that are ready for pick up. They text you to say it is available but do not inform the patients that they cannot fill them. They waste your time, have horrible communication, and are not very friendly on top of that. Use some place else
The new location is great. Clean and well stocked. I like the self check out stations. As for the pharmacy, every time I have a coupon they give me a hard time about it and tell me it doesn't work. If you call them, whoever answers the phone is very rude.
Called to inquire if a certain medication was in stock. Whoever answered the phone seemed annoyed, and told me she couldn’t tell me if they had it in stock on account of “potential for robbery.” Unfortunately, it’s been very difficult finding my medication, so my only option is to call around and see who has it. I was super frustrated, and the person on the phone was really rude and unprofessional.
For some reason they only ever have one staff member in the whole store aside from the pharmacy. Their drive through is also very unsafe - they mysteriously refuse to use their drawer during a pandemic and instead open a window maskless to give you your prescription, increasing the likelihood of spreading respiratory virus. A very concerning practice for a healthcare facility.
I've almost always had a great experience with the store/pharmacy staff. I deducted a "star" as thier app and website are, at times, problematic and support for them is nearly non-existent. It's a shame to have to dock the store for the lack of support for their systems but in this day and age they are closely intertwined.
I spend more time at the pharmacy than most, and have always found the staff at this CVS to be most professional and courteous. Regardless of how busy they are, they take the time with each customer to assure quality service. A big thank you to Christine and the rest of the pharmacy staff!
Friendly staff and super convenient! Kelly makes going to the pharmacy not a chore. She’s the best!
