I was quite disapointed when I dropped off a prescription for my husband. I have been getting presciptions from CVS for years and never had the run around as I did here. The employees at the pharmacy counter seemed disorganized, overworked and confused. There were customers waiting to talk to the pharmacists who seemed to busy to talk to them. The employees looked unhappy and did not smile. I understand that they were just bought by CVS but the employees could have been nicer.

This CVS used to be Doc's drugs. Since their switch to CVS to they no longer have durable medical equipment, conversely they do not  honor online CVS pricing. They don't seem as robust as a CVS company store as well.  In Pontiac there are better options.

Employees are rude and not helpful. They didn't want to be bothered.

Very friendly people, Fast service, Made my transfer from Walmart quick and easy. Look forward to using CVS.

Luke warm atmosphere.
