Give Matt the pharmacist a raise. Holy smokes. If this man isn’t making the big bucks, this company is truly crooked. I’ve been coming to this phamacy for years and have never had a phamacist as attentive and caring as Matthew. I’ve watched Matthew help a woman birth her child in the parking lot and have that child a sweater hand knitted before the paramedics could even arrive. He ran after me in the parking lot once just because he forgot to tell me to have a great day. I was in the drive through line once and I realized my tire was flat. Before I could even put it in park, Matt was walking around the building with a brand new tire, jack, and impact wrench. Absolutely incredible. Give this kid the keys to the kingdom and he’ll lead this company to the promised land. If you stop by this store, be sure to ask for Matt the Magic Man!
I finally got frustrated with the fact that when I am getting prescription at the pharmacy counter, they won't ring in the supplements I am also buying even if it is just one other item. I had to stand in line behind 4 people to get my Rx and then had to stand in line again at the front of the store to buy my supplements. I would understand if I wasn't getting a prescription. The older lady in the pharmacy is quite rude. When I said something at the front register I was told that they have complained to corporate management about this because they are supposed to ring up other items for you also in the pharmacy. I used to LOVE this store... for years... but this just broke my back. Going to go elsewhere for everything I used to buy at CVS and just get my prescriptions there..... Sorry guys, you will be losing about $300-$500 worth of business a month due to a rude employee.
The phone system at CVS is beyond horrible. They do NOT want you to speak to a human being and the recorded message repeats the same thing for what seems like eternity ‼
Went in to buy an item. Had just been given a 100$ bill a few hours earlier. Went to use it to pay and I saw the cashier try to secretly motion the manager with a suspicious expression on her face she didn't think I saw her she tried to hide behind the candy rack I was confused then the manager came and he looked at the money then at me and says this is fake and we can't accept it. I knew it wasn't but they didnt believe that and looked at me accusingly as if I'd tried to deliberately scam them or something. Very rude. Now the fun part is I just ended up at Walmart right after that and purchased my things with my "fake" money so essentially I was refused service. Wont be back stuff us extremely expensive and theres never anyone at the register
I was going to go in detail about our awful experience 2 separate times with Wendy and Daniel and how rude they both were to my husband and myself but then I saw all the other awful reviews left at this pharmacy and realized that it's not necessary. Most people's experience seems to be pretty bad and makes complete sense. They're rude, disrespectful and unable to do their jobs properly
Employee Grace at 471 Weaverville Rd Pharmacy yelled at my husband at drive thru. We could not hear her. She was wearing a headset and obviously the speaker was not working on her headset. My husband told her he could not hear her. She lifted her headset and yelled again. Neither of us could hear her. She proceeded to speak louder and more slowly. We finally figured out what she was saying. I called her when we left the store and she told me it was our fault we could not hear her. She could hear us perfectly fine. I told her the speaker on her headset was either on mute or broken. We could not hear her. She could have used the speaker from the pharmacy. She said that was just my side of the story. She never apilogized for her horrible customer service. Very rude employee. I told her I was calling to let her know there was a problem with her headset so other customers would not have to experience this. Again that was just my side of the story. I am done with this CVS. I am switching to Publix Pharmacy. Rebecca Ballard
I had to leave this review after seeing how horribly rude the woman in the pharmacy was, not only to the customers but also to her employees. It was disgusting, I even said something to her because I could not stand by and just watch. It wasn’t Grace, she’s sweet. It was a middle aged chubby lady with glasses and dirty blonde hair, probably around 40. She was super rude with customers on the phone as well. Inexcusable
I have never been so disgusted with a pharmacy customer service then this location. The staff is rude. Every time you ask them a request or question it pretty much appears to be a bother to them. I went to fill my RX and gave them a goodrx coupon , when the price was substantially higher I asked them what the price difference was running it through my insurance in comparison to good RX. The woman literally told me to please pull around so she can help someone else while she runs it through my insurance. Meanwhile this is after waiting about 20 mins after giving them my information and having a screaming infant and toddler in the car. Just totally unfriendly people. This will be the last time I fill any prescriptions here. Thanks but NO THANKS!
After waiting in line at pharmacy drive through we were told to drive back around to get in the back of the line- pharmacist said it would take two minutes to check prescriptions, as they had been filled the day before. We said we would just wait the two minutes and were told to drive back around and get in line. We waited in line, behind three cars that were there after us- for an additional 15 min. Then had to start the process all over again. Called CVS ciatomer service and it was told that someone would call me back about my concerns in two business days. I am no longer a customer at CVS. Terrible service and ridiculous response for customer service.
Went there Monday evening,to pick up a prescription at the counter. One women in the line, and me.Wait time 10mins for her. Then when I got my turn, this perty girl came and ask for help..The pharmacist with the bule hair want to help her and leave me to,stand there. I LEFT.
