CVS Pharmacy on Franklin is a large well stocked and well managed pharmacy in Sacramento. They have a huge selection of many items that you can use every day. The staff are well trained, curteous, and professional. The CVS has selections of all sorts of items, plus seasonal items. They have Halloween items on deep discount because it's over, and they are bringing out Thanksgiving and Christmas items.  In the pharmacy, they have COVID-19 home test kits behind the front counter for purchase.  Arrived for a vaccination, and it was quick and painless! Lots of Easter stuff out on the floor.  If you find my review helpful, please give me a thumbs-up  Thank you!

This pharmacy is really close to my house and I go there often to buy Cosmetics, but every time I go it's very dirty inside and outside. I asked the staff about it and they said corporate will not help them get more employees, that they are understaff..  They don't have time to clean. Shelves are dirty and dusty, stuff is spilled on floor and garbage all over the store, inside and outside. Not coming back.

I don’t post anything on here but I think I have to say something about the CVS on Franklin and that is the only thing that is true. They are all trying their hardest to make it the best possible experience for their customers.

Pharmacists are not very helpful or kind. Shaven especially was very rude while checking me out I understand everyone has bad days but every customer deserves good service until they don’t. Do better.

I go there to get what I need.  Everyone who works there are always friendly.  If your searching for something and they see you, they ask if you need assistance.  Plus, the store is always clean and well stocked.

Understaffed and probably overworked pharmacy staff do not get to prescriptions in a timely manner.  When you get there with a prescription called in the day before, no one has even pulled it.  They make you stand in the PickUp line so they can tell you they don't have a record of your Rx, then send you to wait longer at the DropOff window where they discover - oh yes they did have it for a day, but no one has done anything about it.  Exact thing has happened twice, doesn't seem like a one-off.  The staff then does then try to get it done for you, but it turns a 5-10 minute pickup into a 45 minute odyssey of waiting.  ..will be looking for Rx's at pharmacies, sadly not so close to my house.

Efficiency is my concern, and they are definitely efficient and follow health and safety guidelines, providing knowledgeable consult and faster than average turn time.  I recommend this pharmacy also provided good customer service.

I have never had such a hard time filling my prescription here and all the staff is rude and don't do there job even the pharmacist is rude! I have insurance and it pays for my medication and I am not asking them to do me anything other than customer service. I can't get help over the phone or in person. So I am forced to fill my medication at Walgreens! I will never go back there!

Terrible Covid testing service. Showed up for my appointment early only to see 8 cars in line ahead of me. No testing available in store. So I wait 30 minutes and the line doesn't move. I couldnt stick around so I came back an hour later and waited in line again. This time they tell me the nurse is on lunch, come back in a half hour. I return once again, and they tell me sorry it's too late now, and to make a new appointment. Won't be returning.

Was looking for an item and called the store several times with no response from anyone. Then called and transferred to the pharmacy to have them page for an item check from the front end, once again no response. Then I drive down to the store, cashiers where upfront and on personal cell phone and could not be bothered to help. So I left and went to target down the road. So much for having a store close by if they won't even help the customers that live in the neighborhood.
