This place will NEVER change worst pharmacy ever. Literally gone here since I was a kid and I stopped going because they always take forever to fill a script you will have a rx faxed the day before and 2 days later they still haven't filled it. Their wait times are horrific for anything even an inhaler it takes 7 hours to get it filled. Filled it online at like 9 am and at 3 pm they still need a half hour for an inhaler?? Get real.. this is why I go to walgreens
Susan works the register and is the rudest person I have ever met. Shaking her head when asked a question, huffing and puffing out of frustration, throws products on to the counter, speaks to you as if you are the scum of the earth. Absolutely horrible service. Not the face of a business you want. I was very kind, I would admit if I deserved that treatment and I didn’t. Disgusting.
Worst pharmacy ever and worst manager in the world. They made me feel uncomfortable, discriminated and upset, while I was sick and tired. I’m never going back there again.
New pharmacists were quick and efficient. Love it!
I’ve been using this pharmacy off and on for years but it has really declined into something borderline amateur. I recently tried to call in an Rx and did not have the numbers on hand. The gentlemen answering the phone was audibly frustrated and made it clear I was inconveniencing him. After I put in the order he just hung up, no “good-bye” or anything. In the last month they have managed to both give me the wrong dose of one of my prescriptions and seem to have technical issues submitting one of my prescriptions to my insurance. I understand they are severely short staffed and I am definitely sympathetic to that. I doubt they are paid a fair wage. They are handling peoples medicine though, and if you can’t fake a bedside manner in healthcare you are in the wrong business. Seriously avoid this particular CVS. You will not have a pleasant or professional experience.
Never had problem getting my prescriptions filled. In fact they always remind me that they are ready to be picked up. If my Doctor calls in a script that i don't use regularly it is always ready when I come in. Very convenient location with a drive thru as well but I normally go in and pick up in the pharmacy. Don't understand all the negative reviews!
Often I'm told scripts aren't ready when I arrive..that I'm told are READY after calling and waiting on hold for almost an hour I'm told to come back in an hour...4-5 hours later I come back for the 2nd time I don't live SUPER close...THEN I'm told its NOT in stock...come back Tuesday several days away!! When I went i side the store and complained that it is a heart medication I NEED to take every day....they turn around with my SCRIPT in their hands and say...OH...here it is...its ready! They DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING HERE!!
I just blocked their robo call number. I get a call every day to refill a prescription. I have talked to their pharmacy people and asked for no robo calls but they continue. Extremely irritating.
Just saying drive up window clerk. Not very nice. Just saw his name Patrick. Was rude. Disappointing the other clerks are very nice.
I would avoid this pharmacy at all costs. Almost any prescription sent over there is a delay or issue in getting it filled and then you are forced to deal with the less than helpful staff.
