I'm sure the front of house is delightful. But the pharmacy was rude and rushed. They had to partially fill my script because they only had the half the dose. The rest was supposed to be filled in 48 hours. 72 hours later, they never ordered them or they ran out. My wife went to pick it up earlier and they said it would be 2 hours. It was supposed to be ready the day before... so unprofessional
Have only been to this pharmacy a couple of times and am always provided with excellent customer service which is why I am shocked too see some of the reviews below. They always have a warm and caring attitude. Have only seen Mr. Halil a couple of times but he was always pleasant. Would recommend this pharmacy.
Pharmacist Cindy Yerger has the empathy of a rock. Came on a holiday for an emergent Tx for steroids for my husband who is in so much pain he is unable to stand. His ex was sent at 8 am as expedited. Got to the pharmacy at 10:35 and was told it was “in process”. I explained the urgency and the nice young man at the counter asked for it to be expedited and she refused, complaining about “everyone decided to fill their prescriptions today”,. Last time I checked, filling prescriptions is your job. I was told 30 minutes and her I am 40 minutes later hope my husband lies in pain. The only positive is the young man at the counter.
few days ago this store had NUMEROUS NEGATIVE REVIEWS. Now they've ALL DISAPPEARED Halil your Pharmacist yelled at an older woman the other day because she said she can't reach the Pharmacy via phone. Halil screamed "Do you see the line I have here" EVERYONE then stated every single person who was in line said the only reason they came to the store was because this Pharmacy NEVER ANSWER'S THE PHONE. Interesting anolgy, don't answered the Pharmacy calls to force SICK PPL to cause a long line & then SCREAM at the customer's for asking a legitimate question while you Halil the Pharmacist was ringing ppl up at the register. So who was ILLEGALLY FILLING & verifying the prescriptions while you were at the front for over 20 minutes?!?! Loss prevention needs to be involved. If your employees, especially YOUR PHARMACIST can't do his job why do you employ him? This occurs at this CVS #1315 on a daily basis. We are transferring ALL prescriptions out of CVS. This habitual behavior is unacceptable!!!
Your Pharmacist Halil has the most arrogant & unprofessional behavior I've ever witnessed. Yelling at my grandmother is the last straw. She shouldn't have to go to the store at her age only because this Pharmacy never answer's the phone. Everyone should transfer all medication's to anywhere else but CVS. This company does absolutely nothing about this store nor this Pharmacist Halil. Customer service is non existent!!!
Why does your Pharmacist Mr. Halil always yelling & screaming about how much he hates working for cvs? Why is he calling patient's doctor's and saying "do not send scripts for my sick mother because she told him he should be more respectful"? Is that even legal? There's no way anyone should use cvs. So toxic & harmful is an understatement.
Terrible customer service at the pharmacy counter. I was acknowledged that I would be next and then when I was next he looked at me and said excuse me that line is closed. Will be taking my business elsewhere.
This is for the pharmacy: My husband’s doctor sent in an RX for his inhaler. My husband has asthma & NEEDS his inhaler. We received texts & emails saying the RX was ready for pick-up but each time I went in to check, they said they had nothing there! This isn’t the first time this has happened with this CVS. We’ll probably transfer our RXs to Rite Aid across the street. I’ve been a customer there for years. The customer service in the store has also recently gone downhill.
First I have to say the cashiers at the front of the store are always so nice, now to the pharmacy, the cashier Luanne was one of the rudest and ignorant people I have ever experienced at a store. I will no longer be getting my prescription filled here, she makes you feel like you're bothering her or something. This is so wrong. People are coming in to pick up medications for health reasons they don't need a nasty person to make it worse.
Helpful friendly staff. The manager Mike is very pleasant and always smiling. He's gone out of the way to make sure we leave happy every time.
