This is quite possibly the worst pharmacy I’ve ever had to deal with. Every single person working was rude. The male pharmacist LITERALLY huffed OUT LOUD every single time he got off the phone. They didn’t want to work with us at all. I had to call Publix the best pharmacies in the nation and ask them to help us. THEY are the ones who got it done and got me my son’s asthma medication. Please, drive an hour away to the Publix. I promise you x1000 it’s worth the extra drive.
Son was seen in emergency room in the evening. Waited until 11am to pick up meds that had been called in. Was told prescription wasn’t ready and to come back later. I guess orders directly from the hospital aren’t a priority? Apparently they’re 3 days behind and can’t catch up? That’s what another employee told me. Counter rep wasn’t pleasant either. I don’t know what’s going on there but after being in multiple CVS stores in several different states- this isn’t typical.
This drug store customer service within the pharmacy is abhorrent at best. The phones will not be answered, so don't try. Be ready to wait hours for your script to be filled while the members behind the counter stand around and talk abt their upcoming personal plans, who did what on tv shows and should one get their hair dyed. There are other pharmacies, so keep going.
We stopped here to pick up some Tylenol. Pretty standard CVS. They did have a self checkout which was nice. We were looking for some chewable kids Tylenol but they didn’t have any in stock.
It’s the holidays. We are having surges in viruses and overall cranky people. I get it. However, the lady at the counter in your pharmacy is rude and ratchet. I literally watched her roll her eyes at multiple customers and respond in a recognizable annoyance. Lady, if you don’t like your job or this particular type of clientele elderly Caucasian then kindly go elsewhere. We were there today around 3pm and the line was long. But her stank attitude made it so much worse.
I was on vacation and my husband got Covid. We needed to pick up a few Covid tests and I never got a call or text to pick it up. Like every other 1 star review said the Pharmacy employees are rude. They act like we cannot hear their conversations.
The ABSOLUTE WORST pharmacy I have ever dealt with! I would give negative stars and recommend anybody considering this pharmacy to save yourself the headache and stress and just go elsewhere. First I called on Tuesday to have my prescription transferred from a Meijer pharmacy. The lady that answered already sounded like I was a bother but took all my information and the pharmacy information and told me it would take 24hrs. So I didn't hear anything all day Wednesday and called first thing on Thursday morning as I needed the prescription this day since I have an early flight Friday morning. When I call Thursday morning the guy that answered said there was no information about a transfer and so I had to give him all the information again. He says he will get right on it. So I call after an hour to double check. Now a different person answers again. Asks for all my information AGAIN and tells me it will be ready at 5:30. Which seems quite a long time for a birth control prescription that is already pre packaged! I wait until after the time and start heading there which is an hour away so I decide to call on my way to make sure it's ready. I wait on hold for over 30 minutes and no answer so I just decide to keep going at this point and hope they have it ready. I get there shortly before closing since I did not realize they were on a different time zone from where I was staying. Not from Florida the guy tells me the price and I give him my insurance card. He tells me I can come back tomorrow if I want to use my insurance because they are about to close and he didn't want to put my insurance info in the computer. Since that wasn't possible for me and I explained that he did not care and told me I would have to pay. So I paid out of pocket for a prescription that should've been completely covered by insurance all because this pharmacy couldn't just get it right the very first time I called and the workers all seem like they don't want to be there.
I called costumer service to ask about baby formula because there’s been shortage. They spoke to me disrespectfully.. He told me that they have baby formula but I’ll have to come in store to see what kind of baby formula they have. I’m in Panama City and I’ve been calling many store but none have the baby formula that my baby is comfortable with so I called the store hoping that they had it but I was just met with a disrespectful employee. I wanted to make sure they had the kinda of formula I was looking for so I wouldn’t have to drive around like crazy. Also the gas prices are high so I didn’t want to just waste gas to go to a place that didn’t have what I was looking for. That’s a reason why costumer service exists so they can help the costumer… not to treat them disrespectfully. Thank you
Wish I could post a negative star. THE WORST ever. Shockingly horrid pharmacy. Had no idea this goes on in America. Run!!!
Would recommend any other pharmacy. Had an prescription put in by a doctor for an allergic reaction. The doctor said it would take 20 min to fill, the drive from the cape to the port is 30 min. They didn't even attempt to fill it and were not busy when I arrived. Had to tough it out and return the next morning even though there was 10 min left before closing. Update now that it is morning and I am still covered in whelps. They have still not filled the prescription , I now have to wait until 1 pm. They said they could not fill it because they did not have my insurance on file , last I checked you can pay out of pocket. This pharmacy is a joke.
