I received a call to pick up my medicines, a few days later I went there but was told only half of the prescription was ready and I must go there another day for the other half, interesting...wasting time and gas.
Naheed is an amazing pharmacist. She always goes above and beyond to help me with all the many medications I have needed over the past few years. She is friendly and always remembers me.
CVS pharmacy at this location is one of the worst. Julie the pharmacist was more worried about closing up 1 minute early and spending 2 minutes explaining that she can’t fill my prescription today. After she got rid of me she closed the pharmacy immediately - early. So much for CVS beliefs the organization stands for. They are not worried about helping people or helping people on their path to better health. Horrible staff!
This pharmacy team is the best. Everyone is very friendly, and helpful. I appreciate them greatly and their communication.
I cannot speak highly enough of these folks! My husband and I both, along with our children, have gotten MANY prescriptions from this pharmacy over the years, and even when they didn't get my Rx from a doc on time and I was in tears and VERY CLEARLY FRUSTRATED i.e., I was being a total AHOLE they have had nothing but the utmost patience with me. They are always pleasant and kind and have always been ahead of any issues with an upcoming Rx refill that might need approval. Most importantly, when I've come in with an Rx for a sick child, they almost always bump those up to the front of the line without having to ask. They're amazing!
Worst service of my life , I’ve been waiting for my medication since Saturday , then they send me a txt Monday saying it’s ready I’ve been coming every day since then to TRY and pick it up and the LADY working there paid no attention what’s so ever and kept forgetting to go thru with it , what type of pharmasist does this !!!! This could’ve been An emergency can’t believe it
Excellent, friendly staff. Pharmacists are very knowledgeable and willing to answer any medication questions. Helpful CVS text reminders optional. Accepts most insurances.
My prescription is scheduled for auto-refill. I was not notified that it would not be ready or that they were waiting to hear from the doctor. The staff person in the pharmacy I spoke to was rude and abrupt. Terrible service
