Be careful if you go in the store today. Customer service is a joke with the hateful lady working. I wish I would have got her name but she was too busy setting on the floor to get up and help me. When she finally did she was really rude and hateful. Like goodness. I’m sorry I took 30 seconds of your time for you to do your job. Thankfully the manager on shift apologized as he was right there. I was having a great day until then..
About every two months I have an issue with them but otherwise things go smoothly. I've been going there for five years because they're open every day with later hours and I can use other locations when I'm staying in Tulsa or at my son's out of state. Express has a wonderful, personable staff but limited hours and no other convenient out of town locations. I avoid Walmart unless it's for groceries, etc. However, I've had to figure out how to deal with the issues CVS has. My helpful tips: 1. Don't expect them to answer the phone. Use the online app or automated phone system if possible. Otherwise, go to the trouble and inconvenience of going in there. UGH! 2. When they get rude, ignore it. Don't let them brush you aside. If necessary, tell them that they're being rude. 3. If all else fails, let them know that their Corporate headquarters can be reached. Then ask for their name! It adjusts their attitude. As for Walgreens, I had consistent problems with them and will never go there after several horrible experiences they put me through.
I was diagnosed with Gestational Diabetes yesterday and the woman at the counter who assisted me/checked me out was rude, not helpful with an issue we had getting my insulin prescription filled and failed to let me know I needed to purchase pen caps for my insulin pen. I had to drive all the way back to get the needle caps, after waiting hours for my script, with high blood sugar. I will never go back to this CVS again. Simple attention to detail, communication and a little care for customer service would go a long way. My family and I have put up with their rude customer service long enough.
I would say this pharmacy is used to upsetting guests because when I asked if my mom’s COPD medication being on backorder each month was going to be a regular occurrence I was answered with “you can go somewhere else and have them call to have it transferred”. After my mom moved to Bartlesville I chose CVS for her pharmacy because I always used CVS as my pharmacy in every city I’ve lived. I always liked their service and prices. This is the second month they’ve had to order and then it not available the day it should be refilled. This particular pharmacy obviously has never had customer service training. I thought the person in front of me was possibly the one causing the associate to be short. Then I thought maybe the person was just having a bad day. But after having read reviews and having talked to a few more people around town this is obviously not a one time occurrence. Sad but I’ll be taking CVS’s advice and transferring the prescription. And I’ll have the new pharmacy do it so I don’t have to deal with them anymore.
I wonder what this corner will be next?SW, FPx75 In the 1960's that dirt corner was a bar that the owner Strimple blew up along with trying to blow up his house, too. Then the 3100 Center was built around 1971. Now we have this iconic building shape that's going to be a hard fit for any national chain. Probably have to bulldoze this building, too. I say this only because of the comments above. One stars everywhere here today. I've been there to use the ATM. The two staff members do seem to walk around aimlessly, or outside in front smoking. Today I bought a GoodRx Gold membership. This is my local choice, CVS. I'm getting ready to, hopefully, save 75% off my prescription. Check back same cvs time same cvs post next month for, "the rest of the story."
Horrible as always. Today two employees with cars in line 30 minutes before their lunch break. 31 minutes later, window closed. Insane they close down for lunch. Insanely slow. Incompetent. Completely unacceptable.
The location was perfect for my partner and I when it comes to getting her medicine filled. The selection of non-pharmacy items is somewhat limited, and the prices are higher than even neighboring convenience stores.
I am just curious on why they are so slow at the drive through. Arent these rx called in , even when you ok them through text they are still do slow.
Can't get meds filled in a timely manner, meds not in stocks, needs to learn how to restock so patient doesn't have go elsewhere this store really needs better management
Horrible experience… my prescription was accidentally sent to the wrong pharmacy. That would be CVS! I’d have to be dying before I sent my meds or 1 medications there. Very rude
