THE worse pharmacy I have ever visited in this country out of all the branches of all the brands. 1. It reeks of urine smell. This is the first and foremost the worst issue. No one wants to shop while suffering from a rank odor. 2. Visibly bored customer service agents. This one I can get by since I am not there for socializations. 3. Unkempt arrangements of the products.
The pharmacy staff just keeps declining. They never greet you, all you get is name birthdate .. like what! Pharmacist is great but the staff under her are very RUDE!!!!!! And I don’t see it ever getting better. May have to just change to another pharmacy
Literally awful customer service. My dentist called in an antibiotic. Went in it wasn't ready, understandable. They called my name and I went up to counter. Young man at counter was so rude. I was bothering him by checking out. The store is dirty, old and outdated. Last time I was in two employees were talking it up in an aisle, would not move to let me by. It was strange. I'll switch to Cannon Pharmacy. Won't be back. Recommend - especially elderly who may need help from a customer service rep, switch too. Cannon Pharmacy is good and their two stores are clean.
Called ahead for a hello kitty Halloween greeter on Sunday and visited the store on Monday the female cashier and was kind enough to look out back for me but unfortunately they didn’t have the greeter but I still really appreciated she went and looked out back.
Rude drive up service. Didn’t speak to me and then open and shut drawer as if that was the universal symbol for something. I guessed payment - AWFUL lady
This review is not directed towards the current employees at this location. Are they super short staffed and not that friendly because of it? Maybe a little bit. But it’s not their fault! I have lived here since August 2020, and this location has been a wreck for years. CVS is a $100 BILLION industry yet they still ignore small stores like this one…..
Semed uninformed had to wait way longer than I should have. From what I experienced I do not recommend anyone to.use this pharmacy they are are slow and nonchalant about people's time.They get paid to be there the customer does not.
Why is the pharmacy suddenly closing by 6pm when it’s supposed to be open until 9pm? Makes it impossible for some of us to pick up our medicines. They put up a paper sign to let you know it’s closed instead of updating on the websites.
God forbid you have an issue with insurance or anything that may cause any issue filling your prescriptions because CVS will NOT call or tell you until you go to pick it up. They refuse to help in any way even if the medication is a necessity to your well being. All you will get is an automated message saying you have prescriptions ready for pick up when in fact, they are NOT. Even worse if it is a weekend and no insurance or Dr office is open. Hate the oh well it's on you now sorry you can't receive your important medication. This all could have been avoided if they had filed the proper insurance information I gave them but they instead filed the wrong information which locked my insurance. I cannot even transfer the medication elsewhere, because of the pharmacy's sheer incompetence. I was then basically told there was nothing they could do to help me. I called another popular pharmacy and was told most pharmacies have an emergency fill policy to help patients out who need a few days to get them through until the issue is resolved. This issue is the fault of CVS and was told I'd have to pay out of pocket for my medication if I wanted it.
This store is not being taken care of. At the register there are multiple things just laying around to the point I had to move something to make room for my purchase. I had a return and the associate had my receipt and used my coupons and I asked her to throw the old receipt away and wadded it up . . . .she never picked it up to throw it away - there's one more thing on the counter. Not sure if they are having the same problem with staffing but if you are there to work please straighten up so it's a place we want to come back to.
