Cycle1 is an indoor cycling and strength training community that began February 2015. Some folks come because they want to lose weight. Others come to strengthen and tone their muscles. We have some that come because they are seeking a like-minded community where they can exercise in a non-judgemental environment. There are also those that ride bikes outside that seek our services as a way to train in the off-season.

• 1 LIFE: That’s it. There’s only one shot and we want to help make the most of it.
This is achieved through a more personalized small group training approach where, through the use of the latest bio tech and software applications, coaches help members target specific areas for fitness development. As part of this development, we strive to transfer fitness ownership from relying on the coaches to the members. We want to help members not just have fitness as something they do but rather it be part of something they are.
